I would not recommend using this company. The staff is incompetent (exemplified by emails that don't make any sense because there are no full sentences). Additionally, when forms are sent to them by other institutions (such as the precious metals brokers) they are completely ignored. When calling to ask why the action has not been taken, the reply is "We did not receive the form". To my response "Yes it was sent on this date and this date AND a third date" the answer is "OK, I will go look for it". They charge fees for every little thing, an egregious amount in my opinion.

Over one year, my check from Trans America TT069090 will not transfer over to my new Gold star IRA 182846797. Please help me.

Let me tell you what went wrong, you sold me 8 sets of Gold American Eagle proof coins at 7,237.94 A $1,000 markup. When I told you I wanted to buy gold you sold me coins that profit you only. 17 days have passed by and none of my funds transferred from two separate IRAs have been received to complete transfers to gold. Seems ridiculous in a day where monies are transferred electronically that here I am, monies nowhere to be accounted for.

Do not put your money with Goldstar Trust. They take weeks to give it back when you ask for distribution. By tracking it, we can see the gold has been sold but we have yet to see a check (3 weeks after they got cash for the gold).

Sent a distribution of funds form to liquidate a self directed IRA on November 6, 2023. I was told it may take up to four weeks before my funds are transferred to my bank account. Well it’s been 8 weeks no funds transferred yet. Documents were submitted without errors. Called and was basically told nothing about when my funds would be delivered. Still waiting December 29, 2023. Probably will be the New Year before I see my money. Yeah your company really let’s me take control of my funds.

I can't believe all the positive reviews of Goldstickit to you trust company. Their fees are outrageous. The people talk to you like robots. Cost me two $50 fees just to wire transfer a matured structured settlement out to Fidelity. Of course, Fidelity did not charge anything. Annual maintenance fee has tripled to $150 over the last few years. And account termination fee will be another $150.

Can't get ahold of anyone after my funds where transferred. Calling their 800-486-6888 customer service number I have waited multiple times on hold for 20+ min. listening to elevator music and regardless of which "option" I pick (press 2, 3, 4) no one picks up. I need to make a change to my account and can't get through... does not instill confidence that I will be able to access funds when I need them.
