Service was good. However, expensive!

Staff was professional and kept me well informed of my transaction.

Everything so far has been smooth, although it's only been a couple of weeks and my coins haven't arrived at GoldStar yet. No complaints, but I can't really give a 5 star review at this juncture considering the coins or their care aren't even part of the evaluation.

Overall experience with website, DocuSign and personal contact with customer support representatives was 'Good' but not great. Expected much more assistance regarding IRA transfer and timing. Expected background information on ALL storage facilities fees and what differentiated each/ benefits paid for since some 'vault' storage fees are double other locations. WHY? What's so good about one place that mandates a 100% increase in fees? No information or recommendations provided!

Friendly knowledgeable staff, not pushy, didn't talk down to me. Would have given 5 stars except I was told I would receive documents shipped via FedEx and would be provided tracking # when shipped. Never received tracking info and shipment was made via UPS.
