Reached out and contacted me when a paper was needed, helped me when I messed up

Those I worked with were very knowledgeable and helpful in directing me to ideas that would be more in line with my financial goals. No pressure...purely helpful, friendly and a delight to work with.

I appreciated the patience in walking me through the process of opening a precious metals IRA and answering my questions. Excellent communication with very professional people.

Very knowledgeable team, great advisors

I am new to investing in precious metals and Gold Star Trust made the process easy. Everyone that I spoke with on the telephone was very helpful.

I was concerned the transfer of my IRA would be complicated, but the staff at gold star made it very easy. Thank you

The IRA specialist, Susan Vera was well spoken and very knowledgeable on making IRA transfers.
