Their fees for precious metals are…
Their fees for precious metals are ridiculous. They just raised a paper statement to 25$. Really?

Deb, We appreciate your feedback regarding the fee increase regarding the paper statement fee. We would love to discuss with you our new e-statement option that will allow you to avoid paying the new annual fee. We are also moving from semi-annual statements to quarterly so that you can keep up with your account on a more regular basis. Web site sucks
Web site sucks. It has for years. I will be glad when I get all my IRAs cashed out and not have to deal with this company again.

Cannot recommend this company. Fees, fees, fees!
1. They shipped my gold without telling notifying me to pay the 100 dollar fee their depository. Why not just collect it upfront instead of having the FedEx guy demand a check? This is prehistoric dinosaur rubbish. 2. I can't have the gold shipped to my new address unless I do more paperwork and processing. 3. When it was shipped to my old address, my mom couldn't pay it. The FedEx guy wanted 50 bucks. Then he came back today and asked for 80. Gold Star Trust said 100. So which one is it? 4. They offer no other options. Their manager won't budge on any of their fees. Why do they even have a manager? A manager should be able to make exceptions. Am I right or wrong? 5. I don't have my gold. It is stuck with FedEx. Gold Start Trust and this depository in Delaware takes no responsibility. 6. This is below par customer service. Don't ever do business with these guys and their choice of depository. You will pay fees up the wazoo.

Website user interface is garbage
Website user interface is garbage. We can't log into our IRA and there is ZERO assistance when you call. Our lawyers are involved. Do not use this company.

You wouldn't waive the $150 late fee…
You wouldn't waive the $150 late fee you imposed, after I explained the confusion. Consequently I have requested that all my metal be sent to me to eliminate anymore storage fees and I am considering transferring my IRA's to another custodian. Dusty

Different Agents
Every time I called I got a different agent and got differ information. This caused a lot of time and difficulty in getting assets transferred into the account.
