I made the mistake of ordering from Gold seal Supplements off facebook.. DONT DO IT ! I thought it was like 24 a bottle , wanted 1 bottle of magnesium and got 8 bottles and a bill for $169 ! I tried to cancel the order but of course its just send us an email.. well I have sent many many emails and calls and THEY NEVER EVER RETURN YOUR CALLS OR ANSWER YOUR EMAILS ! DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I canceled my credit card so they can never charge me like that again, HORIBBLE COMPANY, dont order from them.

Being a diabetic. I was looking forward to have your product help me through my daily journey. Once I got my supplement bottle, I looked at how it would affect me in terms of my diabetes. However, I also have myasthenia gravis, and when I checked out what the interactions would be, my jaw dropped. It seems that magnesium is not at all good for people with that illness, so the bottle I received is still unopened. Not sure what to do with it now, but I hold nothing against you. It’s my responsibility to check that kind of thing.

I placed an order with this company and regret that I did. I was led to believe the cost of the Magnesium was $24 per bottle and three free bottles. The charge should have been about $75 plus tax and shipping. Well they charged me a whopping $149.70. I was floored and pissed and felt very deceived. I believe with all my heart that this was a deceptive practice and that the company has a reputation for doing jut that. I immediately emailed the company to cancel the order. I called about 4 times. Absolutely no answer… nothing. No response from my many emails. I called my bank and as long as it’s in pending status they can not dispute it. I want my freaking money back as I can not afford this ridiculous charge. Crooked deceitful company… BEWARE SOO ONCE AGAIN I HAVE CONTACTED THIS COMPANY REGARDING MY REFUND AND ONCE AGAIN THEY DID NOT ANSWER. THEY ARE ONLY REPLYING TO THIS REVIEW BECAUSE ITS ON TRUST PILOT BUT STILL NO DIRECT CONTACT WITH ME. RIDICULOUS COMPANY

I attempted to order a magnesium supplement. When it came to the last page, it asked if I wanted some Japanese supplement, I clicked on no thanks but it said route didn't go through si I exited site. They sent me an email at 9:20 am saying that my purchase was not complete and items were still in my cart. There was no cart. 6 minutes later I get an email confirming g my purchase of the magnesium and the Japanese supplement i said no thanks too! I have sent several emails to customer support. I have called the phone numbers, one says we are unavailable. The other disconnects. I really hate scams. They look legit, but now all I can do is wait for the pending status to clear and then dispute the charge. Dont buy from this company. No resolution. They have taken the money out of my account after having again , 2days later, sent me another email stating the items were still in my cart. Did I want to return to my cart or finish transaction. zitold them I didn't want items, but I was not going to click on anything on their site!!!! Not to mention that they were charging me an outrageous price that was not what was listed! Scam! 6 days later and still getting emails saying the order is still in my cart. There is no cart! They took $179.67 out of my account. I filed a charge dispute with the bank this morning. Within 30 minutes the order was canceled. Now I just have to wait up to 10 days for the funds to be returned.

The deals that they offer are not legitimate. I was charged 118 dollars for three bottles of supplements that were supposed to be buy two get one free. Plus they added on another supplement without my consent.I have left multiple voice mails and sent multiple emails and no one has gotten back to me about canceling my order. False advertisement and very poor customer service. I just want to cancel my order.
