Issue resolved!
I emailed customer support about my subscription and Ella got back to me right away and we resolved my issue right away. I am very pleased with my gold bond magnesium supplements. I have more energy and I am sleeping so much better at night. Thank you so much Ella. Job well done!

Prime Mag has changed my years of sleepness
I have been on other magnesium supplements for years and had always heard that they help you sleep better. For me personally I could fall asleep just fine but couldn't stay asleep. At times I'd sleep for a couple of hours and be begging to fall back to sleep but couldn't until I started using Prime Mag 298 mg. I am sleeping solid through the night except for my bathroom trips, but not staying up afterwards. I thought the days of a good night sleep was gone which we all know a good night's rest is essential for our longevity, but I am so pleased to have a supplement that works. One thing I would like to see is the advertisement that sold me on this on occasion in my emails, so I can judge the other symptoms it may have helped. Sincerely Michelle in Florida

This magnesium product has not lived up…
This magnesium product has not lived up to its hype. I derived no more benefit from it than any other drugstore magnesium.

I had wished to cancel my subscription…
I had wished to cancel my subscription and ELLA was very helpful. I get it is a marketing ploy, but when you sign up to try one bottle of an item, that's it, one bottle. You don't want to be signed into a subscription. Anyway, ELLA helped me out and I appreciate that. Thank you.
