I have tried several different…
I have tried several different magnesium supplements but Golf Seal by far has been the best. Mist brands have less milligrams in every magnesium category and this one is the only one that states that it crosses the blood brain barrier with respect to Magnesium L-Threonate.

I didn’t notice much in the first few…
I didn’t notice much in the first few days. By the second week, I was falling asleep faster and waking up with a clearer head. I also stopped feeling so tense in the evenings after work. The improvement wasn’t instant, which made it feel more believable to me. Glad I didn’t stop too early.

Easy cancellation
Easy cancellation. Originally, I ordered JUST one bottle of Magnesium. Because of the errors on the website processing, I got multiple bottles of Magnesium and the other D3 compound. I didn't order them, and tried to return them through the online assistance. That failed. I decided it wasn't worth the trouble to call and say I wanted my money back because I didn't make the excessive order of $200 and apparently a subscription for which I just cancelled, with a new bottle charge and paid. Have enough magnesium probably for a decade now, and the compound is SO excessive, it gave me cramps. I take one/day now.

Waiting for results
I’ve had a number of other health issues so I can’t tell if the supplements are helping. I’m very hopeful.

My experience has been ok so far. I think it is too soon to tell about the effectiveness of the product. I have many medical problems and complications. I am hoping that a fuller magnesium load will deal with my sleep and heart issues. m My only complaint is the need for 4 huge capsules daily. I understand the necessity in order to deliver all the ingredients. Order time was too long.
