Really bad experience
Really bad experience, rtp very low, you never win anything big there, trying 4 deposits, nothing happened, never play again there

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to share your experience — we’re sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations. We do want to clarify that RTP (Return to Player) varies from game to game and can be as high as 99% on our platform. However, it’s important to remember that RTP is purely theoretical and calculated over millions — sometimes billions — of spins. It doesn’t guarantee short-term outcomes. What really impacts your session-to-session results is volatility, not RTP. A recent sweeps winner who redeemed $50,000 with us was playing a game with an RTP of about 92%, which shows how much volatility and timing matter. We understand losing streaks can be discouraging, and we’re always here if you’d like help choosing games that better match your preferred style of play. Thank you again for your feedback. - Gold Machine Team

You guys responded to my last rating…
You guys responded to my last rating saying until I am able to sort out what ever issue it is that I am not able to verify my account that there’s nothing to be done, so how would I go about contacting them and straightening everything out so I can get verified?

The online chat support team is really…
So far, I’ve had a great experience with a nice variety of games available for players of all skill levels. I did run into a small issue with customer service, but the manager quickly took charge, fixed the problem, and even offered some compensation for the trouble. This kind of attentive service really stood out to me compared to other websites I’ve used.

Good games to play
Love the site because it has a lot of games to play. Also their daily coins is a plus and redemption requestvis faster than some others. Looking forward to better deals on packages.

This platform is very easy to follow and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. I've just started playing this week and I've already had a redemption.
