Absolutely shocking. Bought a ufc 300 poster signed for £900 retail. They sold in minutes was lucky to get it. Messaged Goldin as I saw one go on eBay for £2500 almost instantly. Said I wanted around 4k for it. They put it on auction for a zero starting bid with no reserve when I question them with a few days left on auction about this was told they don’t do reserves and not to worry as bidding doesn’t start until the end of most auctions. This was on for 30 days and it sold for $1580 minus the fees I was due $1300. Absolutely shocking as it cost me £250 to send over. This is one of the holy grails of ufc memorabilia. Now to top this off I can’t even withdraw my money because I’m from the uk every time I try it says I need a routing number or stripe which is USA only this is now 8 weeks on and still no money. Joke

Horrible experience. I sent my card to get graded through PSA and was hoping to get it back back by a certain date because it said it was finished on PSA. I decided to have them send it directly to Goldin which was fast of course, but not as fast as Goldin pays you the money (3-5) days. Not to mention Goldin charges crazy fees so if your selling anything under 1k than just sell it privately. My cj card should of got 400 but it got $270 because of the stupid auction

I lost money using this auction site. I sent them a large group of cards and they did not post them all at once. They selected which auction to post them to. It was spread out over a month. The selection of which cards to be put up in each auction was without thought or any kind of logic. They put up four of the same card, but different grades, in the same auction. I competed against myself. Three of the four sold for less than the $15 minimum and they kept the cards. The one that was highest graded sold for $200. One of the other cards they listed had a mistake in the players name. I contacted them four times to change the name, but they did not. With a wrong name no one could see it and it did not sell. This is 100% on them.

I can’t do zero stars. Ive been trying to list items with these folks. for 2 months now. I’ve never been privileged to know stupidity like them. Stick a pencil in your eye before you ever do business with these peeps. When I say dumb, incompetent and rude. I’d be lying. They are so dumb that they can’t be rude. The don’t call back. Don’t email. Etc. ha. .

Horrible company When i bought a pokemon card from Goldin they told me that the shiping to france where I live will be 9 dollars but when i won the auction they bumped up the price extreamly high. The card was only 15 dollars but after "handling fee" and "shipping fee" it came out 115 dollars.

I've been purchasing from Goldin for years with generally average excitement, but the last few experiences have left me in dismay. Most recently, I emailed them well in advance that I would be late paying for my auction winnings in full. My error in managing cash flow, but I offered to pay them 50% immediately, and the rest the following week. They stated ok, but never charged my card, and instead charged me an annualized rate of 122% interest for a payment that came in 9 days late. Apparently this is their "standard". Following that, my cards did not arrive for 6 weeks following my payment date, and when they did arrive, they were packaged as if a monkey threw some paper in a box along with my cards. In emailing them a complaint, they stated nothing more than "sorry" as they could not determine if the cards were damaged. It is tough to say, but when a stack of 50+ raw cards are stuffed into a vanilla envelope with no protection and thrown into a box, good chance some corners did not survive. I was offered absolutely nothing in return, and barely even an apology. Goldin has absolutely no customer service and simply don't seem to care.

I had a horrible experience with Goldin. They took my "lot" of items worth thousands telling me they would start the auction at $500. Listed them but didn't even post photos all of the items! The auction started at $100 and sold for less then they even said bidding would start at. No advertising at all and didn't even properly list the item. I lost thousands and regret contacting them.
