The ring is beautiful. It looks better than the exact same ring I lost. Zales wanted almost $500.00 for it & I refused to pay that much knowing I had bought this ring before & no way for that much money. Thank you again. Delivery was fine but I was willing to wait.

I am disappointed in how thin the pendant I paid 600 dollars for is...seems very flimsy, but pretty...seems easily breakable. My wife will hopefully be gentle.

I’ll admit I was initially hesitant to order from a company I hadn't used before, especially since online shopping can be risky when something goes wrong. When my ring arrived in the wrong size, it was definitely disappointing and frustrating. However, Goldia’s team handled the situation exceptionally well. It turns out the sizing mix-up was an issue with their third-party supplier, but Goldia took full accountability rather than making excuses. Every single email I sent was answered within 24 hours. They arranged for me to return the original ring and sent out the correct size without hassle. While buyers should keep in mind that third-party shipping delays or errors can happen, Goldia’s responsive and helpful support completely resolved the issue. Because they proved they will make things right when mistakes happen, I feel very comfortable recommending them to others.

I was looking for a matching ring for my wife for our anniversary that I had originally bought from Zales, Zales have been out of stock for months, so some what last minute I found a ring at Goldia online that looked identical, so I messaged them to see if they could have it to me on time, they sad yes, I ordered it and it arrived in time. Ring looks great, matches pretty well with the original ring and most important the wife is happy. Thanks Goldia.
