The day after delivery the co. Suggested I re-sell it!
This co. has really gone downhill!! This is my second lift chair from this co. Loved the 1st one (small/medium size). The store (comfort medical) didn't have the new model but said it was the same chair with some upgrades so I ordered it. It now has a cup holder, table, and light. All of which are nice, HOWEVER, they've made the back higher so it doesn't fit my head. I need to put a cushion in it to sit higher. I contacted the store the day after delivery and was told nothing could be done. I asked if they put the wrong back on this chair, even went back to the store to look at them. I also wrote the co. and same response- they suggested I RE-SELL it!!! Seriously??? After spending 3k on a chair I would expect better. Both from the store and the company. Won't ever buy another one!
