I purchases this scooter and have had problems with it ever since, even after the dealer "fixed" the issue. The dealer i bought it from has since permanently closed down. Golden Tech does not help the customer and makes you go through a dealer and pay the dealer to fix your scooter. You can not get the warranty parts directly from Golden Tech. This scooter has been a dud and a problem every since I spent the $2500 on it. I would think with such an expensive scooter for it to work. It just shut off in the middle of intersection, and the other day my mother got stuck in an elevator with the wheel bar snapped in half!! Its the biggest piece of $2500 trash i have ever owned and am having to throw away, since no way to get it fixed without forking out a lot more money!!! Is a waste of money, poor customer service, and a safety issue with it quit working in the worst places possible!! Also this scooter has hardly been used!!!

Buyer Beware. Purchased a Relax the Back PR150 zero gravity lift chair, manufactured by Golden Technologies in December 2019. Chair was never "right" but with the pandemic it was very difficult to get service. Relax the back kept advising to "reset" the chair and time after time resetting the chair had less and less effect. Golden Technologies, pretty much washed their hands of the situation as quickly as possible asking why Relax the Back has us calling them, they were only the manufacturer. REALLY??? Obviously they don't stand behind their products, just take the money and run. At this time, zero gravity position works great, as long as you don't plan to sit up. But if you wish to sit in the chair, the leg lift will go up and down, but the back will not raise above a 30 degree angle off the floor. Reset no longer has any effect. For a $3000 chair what a piece of junk. There are lots of good choices out there. Relax the Back and Golden Technology chairs are NOT one of them. I do not believe this model is made anymore, a blessing for future buyers. i only gave this a one star because i could not give it zero!

med mart company fine but buzzaround carry on scooter puchased from them by golden tech.terrible companyafter 15 months wouldn't start.contacted golden tech to ask where to service?after 2 wks told us they got no one in las vegas,took it in here now it started and they could find nothing wrong?traded in buzzaround for a different brand.lost alot of money and aggravation over.golden tech terrible company wouldn't stand behind their scooter .
