Hi Kay, Thank you for taking the time to write this review about our company. We're terribly sorry you feel that way but we hope that you can understand that we can not accept returns when it comes to the face mask's. In the current state our country is in, it is just not possible and for that we apologize. Even prior to this review, we stated that we were going to reimburse you for the mask's and also allow you to keep the items as gifts from us to you.
