Gold and CherryReviews of goldandcherry.com

Considering I never got the item... It's impossible to review it. HOWEVER, I definitely can review the process of not receiving my item (so far). It said it was delivered today at 11:33am, however my doorbell camera shows NO ONE remotely near my house at that time. Furthermore, in the Shop App, it showed the destination as Germany, despite my delivery address clearly stating "Florida, USA". How I DO love a good screenshot. I have emailed Gold & Cherry wanting a correct update, I have contacted Shopify with a Buyer Complaint, and I have left a voicemail with Gold & Cherry's Delaware office. My next stop will be to contest this with my credit card (AppleCard) if I don't get a speedy resolution. It seems SOME people have received their items, but I'm not super hopeful. In any event, ZERO out of five stars, would not recommend. Ordered product, was sent to someone in a different town. I’ve experienced the same as the others, no response from their so called support team. Crooks! I contacted the post office in Menominee, Wi where it was delivered,I live in Beaver Dam, Wi. They needed the Search # which I provided, my product was delivered to someone in Menominee. So very disappointed

Ordered transparent case £150+ - said it was delivered. No respnse from company. Queried with Royal Mail - their response is below;- Thank you for getting in touch with Royal Mail. I’m sorry you’ve not received your Royal Mail Tracked® item, reference number OJ764800175GB, which is recorded as being delivered. I’ve checked our tracking records it appears the address on the item doesn’t match the one you provided in your email. This would indicate that the senders have incorrectly addressed the item or provided you with the wrong reference number. I am sorry, but under the General Data Protection Regulation (GPDR), I’m unable to share the address details held on record for this item. I would advise you to contact the sender directly. I hope that the explanation above resolves your enquiry and answers your questions. If you require further assistance, please visit our Help and Support Centre

Ordered transparent case, it shipped, had tracking was delivered to wrong town. Zero responses from customer service in a handful of attempts at this point. Bunch of thieves.

I unfortunately fell for this scam like many others did. I did manage however to get my order cancelled as I didn’t want the case. I also got refunded 10 bucks from them along with 2 responses. The first response was to tell me that his boss cancelled my offer and sent me a refund. The second response was that my refund was still in process. That’s when I knew I got scammed. Sad that people do this . Guess I should have found these comments before I ordered this case. Funny I haven’t seen and more of their ads on facebook for this case.

Orders months ago. Horrible service. Never recieved says it’s shipped somewhere else and they won’t fix it. It’s a scam

I purchased a purple ipad case on 1/25/25, I called weekly and emailed them over and over, and haven't heard from anyone! I feel I was scammed out of $159.00! I was so angry seeing all the ads on facebook, and I left messages on the ads asking for my order! I feel like a fool falling for this scam!

I've never received my product either, like all the other reviews. I email their customer service and get no response. COMPLETE SCAM! I will update my review if I receive the product but right now I'm just out $159. Ordered in January 2025, says it's still on the way and I can't request a refund at this point. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
