Unfortunately I mistakenly ordered the wrong case Gold and Cherry were very understanding and sent me a return label i think i have now ordered the correct case i hope - but I am waiting for it to arrive G and C credited my account without being asked or chased their customer service is excellent i look forward to giving a review of the produce next time!

Fast delivery and easy to use Solid is design And looks smart Only thing is a clear outline of how to remove iPad once in would be useful but I googled it and easy once shown

I am really enjoying the Gold & Cherry keyboard for my 12.9 iPad. The touch of the keys are so easy to use. Keyboard is like using a computer but easier. It’s a little heavy but is not a problem. I highly recommend the Gold & Cherry keyboard. Arlene

I received my cover with keyboard for my my iPad after a delay not due to Gold and Cherry. I had trouble syncing keyboard but got a quick response from company with easy instructions. Only complaint is I wish there were move instructions on use, I feel I am not getting full use of keyboard. I feel my iPad will be very protected.

I purchased the keyboard case with tracpad for my iPad and I am very pleased. The only reason for the 4 star rather than 5 star is that I had to contact the company to figure out how to activate the tracpad since it was not in the instructions. They responded promptly and it works great now. It saved me from buying a laptop and is very convenient.

I am still getting use to the iPad keyboard/case, but so far it is fine. No concerns. The user manual could have been a little more detailed; there are still a few commands I don't understand. Their costumer service was really good, although a little slow in responding at times. I had to return a wrongly ordered size, which was difficult because it was back ordered, but they finally cancelled it for me. The correct size took a lot longer than the express delivery I paid for, but I attribute that to the COVID-19 issues going on. Overall, good product and good costumer service.

Just love my new Gold & Cherry keyboard, Charge lasts a long time, keys feel nice to type with and the cover protects the ipad when closed. Just needs a manual so you can use it to it’s full capacity.

The item i got was the ipad cover. I most say i love it its really one level above any other models out there since its made for quality and comfort. Really good engineering and good seller. Delivery took little longer then expected but fairly quick and the part fitted well and came with a user manual and a charging cable. I give this item 5 stars. Tody i also bought another case for my new 11” ipad and the 8 in 1 hub so i have a feeling it will turn out to be a great kit. Thank you hope i help others decide to buy as well 🙏😀
