The order process was flawless. The case is heavier than I expected but works well. I'm concerned that the hinge mechanism holding the case together will not last long because of the flimsy way it holds the two halves together. There is a considerable gap when the case is closed.

Great product. Exactly what I needed, much cheaper than the Clamcase I used to have. Just wish the this case wasn't so slippery.

This keyboard solved my problem. The only downside was the shipping process. However, customer service solved the problem. This is a great product.

Enjoying my keyboard. Had issues with the characters not matching what I was typing. I wrote to the company and recieved a quick response. They gave me the steps to take to get it working and now I can type away.

I have both the key board and mouse for my new iPad. Both work great. Customer support was great and they were always quick to respond to my emails. The only negative was the delivery time on the mouse. It seemed to take forever. Other than that I am very happy and would recommend both of these iPad accessories.

I ordered the wrong case and I don’t believe I sent wrong info but be that as it may at long last everything is “sorted”. First, the wrong case took forever to arrive, but your support folks were compassionate and helpful. When to my surprise it didn’t work. They gave me the option to purchase a second at a discounted rate with DHL delivery. Each step was handled well. Thanks
