Ordered an ipad premium case, which should be made of brushed aluminium and look like a Macbook. Took ten weeks to deliver and was not anything like their website description. Unit made of cheap ABS plastic and was defective in as much it would not charge up or switch on. Told that I had been sent the wrong model and to return it at a cost of 34 euros postage and they would sent the right one, or keep it and they would reimburse me 20 euros. Why would I want to keep a defective item when it does not work and why should i have to pay £30+ to send it back with no guarantee of a refund or the correct model being sent!! Cant get any sense from them via email. Looks like i will have to try and get my money back via a paypal dispute

Purchased a product on line on 17th O Tiber. Still not received. Tracking system does not work. Now, after one month, seeking recompense through credit card company. Very poor service.

Edit: Well done Trustpilot they have upheld my complaint. They've reinstated this review and it was was not derogatory. Gold & Cherry is an awful company. Edit: 16 July 2020 I now have my response. This company has now gone to trustpilot to have the review removed because Of derogatory comments. I have appealed. EDIT 13 June 2020- Nearly 2 years later this company has actually responded! I ahve provided the order number lets see where it goes. We bought a 2 x BT Keyboard from a FB advertisement. One of the keyboards a key came off within a week. The seller wanted me to return it to China at a cost of anything between £25 - £70 for a keyboard costing €67 All I get is emails telling me return it at my cost. They will not send me a returns label or pay for the returns.
