I bought one of their keyboard cases for my iPad last year. After a couple of months the iPad ceased to react to touch. I took it to Apple and it turned out the iPad was slightly bent. The keyboard case has one clamp on one side but two on the other (three in total). Thus the case slowly bends the iPad over time until it eventually ceases to work properly! When I contacted Gold and Cherry they just told me, it was too late to complain. No refund!

They are dishonest, the satisfaction guarantee is bull. I purchased and ipad keyboard and hub for the Ipad. They knew the model. The wrong hub was sent. After weeks of off and on emails they agreed it was the wrong hub and then directed to the right one, on their website, so I can spend more purchase another hub. I would never use them again. They are crooks.

The case I bought was $139. After 3 months of usage, the lid containing the iPad warped badly. They asked for pictures and I sent them several high-quality photos showing the warp. This is what I got back. This the 3rd time I have had this response to companies based in China. I bought two pair of water sandals that looked very nice in the pictures. When I got them they were miss sized badly and the quality of the material and construction was pathetic. When I complained I got the same story... you pay for the shipping to this address in China and we will take a look to see if they qualify for a replacement. If we do choose to replace them you will have to pay for the shipping Or you can take what's behind door #3. Same thing with a lightweight rain parka. I am not buying anything from China. My iPad case does not work with the key board on the case. Soime letters need to be clicked several times , before they register. The pad keyboard is defective, need to use the screen keyboard on my i Pad, so the Gold and Cherry case is useless. Several times I have complained and they wanted me to send them a video of the problem. No apology , no offer to remedy. Stay away from them.

I bought the Gold & Cherry clamshell keyboard case for my iPad Pro 12.9 inch. The edges of the metal case have not been machined smooth, but remain raw and a bit sharp to the touch. Each time I open and close the case, I fear cutting my fingers. And the side opening where you plug in a power cord or battery does not provide a clean tight fit, making it a bit of a chore to properly plug in things. Such defects reflect an overall indifference to real-world user experience. Who cares how well the keyboard might work if the basic construction lacks thoughtful integrity. Obviously, i can’t recommend this woeful product. After about 30 minutes of use, i simply set it aside, and ordered a keyboard from Logitech which will be delivered the next day. The Gold and Cherry product took 18 days to arrive. What a wasted wait.

One star for sending it, since you can’t give zero. iPad case is not as described. No charger included. Worked briefly. Will not now charge or switch on. Complete waste of money.

I have had bad experience with this company,the first keyboard I received was the wrong layout and wrong size,I had to send it back at my expense and have just received a replacement which is also the wrong size,I will just have to accept that they are a bad company to do business with.
