Avoid - purchased a cover for my iPad. It was bent out of the box and did not fit - they would not take a return and said they would only replace if I paid shipping again. Not worth the hassle - too much drama - poor quality

Do not order from this company. They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed. This is a complete lie, Customer service is of no help. They procrastinate, avoid dealing with any problems, lie, delay and totally frustrated me. I mailed back an incorrect IPad case following the instructions Gold and Cherry sent to me. I was given permission to mail it to an address in the US rather than the address in China. Imagine my anger when the parcel was returned “not able to deliver”!! I am in Canada and the mailing cost was over $20.00 to return it, all for nothing. Now in addition to having an IPad case that I cannot use, no refund as promised, and the loss of the extra cost to mail it back!( and remember of course, it was returned) After a while they stopped responding to my emails. They should change their advertising to read “NO satisfaction guaranteed” Avoid Gold and Cherry.

Do not purchase from this company. We bought a case in Feb 2021 and the hinge started to fail in May 2021. They will not accept it back for repair or exchange, they blame that on COVID, COVID is in the winding down process. They offered to sell a new one at 50% off!

This is the worst company to business with! Had ordered item for my iPad 10.5 in silver. They send the wrong item in black and did not fit my iPad. Requested a RMA to sent item back but the dragged their feet and then that I took too long to sent item back even though I notified immediately upon receiving wrong item. Requested refund after sending back. Three weeks later, they my request was sent to refund dept and I would be notified when refund sent. Three weeks I asked how long before receiving refund, now they informed me no refund is forthcoming because they claimed item was damaged. It was not damaged!

I ordered one of these as a gift. It was used gently and correctly for 3 months and failed. I went through all the troubleshooting with the company with no luck. Instead of honoring the year warrantee that they had sent me on the product, they used covid as an excuse to not take the product back and the only thing they offered was half off a new product that I have zero faith in. Deeply disappointed in the quality of the product and the company's failure to stand behind it. Spend your money elsewhere!!!!

the warranty process for a keyboard is super cumbersome. I ended up throwing it away, because even if I had the time to get through the warranty process, the keyboard/case was horrible. It was SUPER heavy and bulky and does not go well with apple's slim lightweight products. Really bad buy, wish I would have seen these reviews before I bought. I purchased a logitech slim combo instead and am much happier with that product.

Arrived, will not turn on. They refuse to provide a return address and ceased all communication after sending a form response for trouble shooting. Edit: Now they responded, a year and four months later, which PROVES MY POINT. They also disputed my review just now, a year and six months later and Trust Pilot said they may remove my review if I do not provide Gold and Cherry my order details and name and phone. I no longer have details and enough scammers have my phone number. Yikes! I would have forgotten about this but now it's a story to tell others. 🤣

I ordered a keyboard and mouse. Mouse came in damaged a keyboard was a piece of crap. Returned it and they refuse to return all my money. My visa company returned some to me but now they are claiming they didn’t received the keyboard back.so they disputed with visa dept.I happen to have proof where they signed for the return back.All the sell is JUNK.If you buy and have to return don’t expect your money back. They also say if you open and try products it will be considered used and won’t refund all your money.How in hell do you know if it works if you don’t try it. If they sold good product they would feel different.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY.Now they fixed their site so I cannot comment on their junk.Wish I had found this review site before I ordered.
