THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. When I received the keyboard case the box was unwrapped. It looked used. That wasn’t the problem though. The keyboard case is a very bright silver. It’s very bulky and heavy. If i had seen it at the store i would not have bought it. I emailed them twice with no response. I went on messenger and i finally got a response saying they would let the team know. I finally got a reply and they were only going to give me half of the cost or i can shop from their store. After me sending a reply saying it hadn’t been used that the protective paper on the keypad was still intact. No reply. I went back on messenger hoping to get somewhere but I WAS BLOCKED. So needless to say don’t waste your money. It can’t returned and if you do be ready to lose your money. Update: I just went to their site and they no longer have that product. Not even a picture. How ironic that after the numerous emails I sent that they no longer have that item like it never existed.

Purchased in Jan 2021, had issues with the keyboard having a delay when being enabled. Then uppercase R quit working. There is a 1 yr warranty if you purchased from their website which I did, but just note that they charge you upfront to $49 investigate the problem plus you pay for a keyboard if that needs to be replaced and pay for shipping to them and back. That is about 1/2 of what I paid for it. I was offered 50% off price to buy a new one which would be the best option but bottom line, the warranty does not mean much when you have to pay all the costs. I do not recommend this product, but that is just my experience. I will purchase from company that stands behind their product. It is a shame, I really liked the look and idea of it.

I ordered an iPad case and waited and waited for delivery. I kept checking the tracking information and it kept telling me that it had arrived at Canada Post processing centre. Well, there was no movement so I called only to find out that it had been shipped back. I found out that there were issues with the labeling in that some of the address had been covered up by stickers and therefore was undeliverable. I emailed the company and was told that they would watch for it at their warehouse. Well, when they finally contacted me I was told that in order for it to. E resent I would have to pay for the shipping! This whole situation was not even my fault! I did not return it to begin with and was being told I had to pay for shipping in order to get the product sent to me. Well I demanded a full refund but only got a partial one as they withheld shipping costs! This company I would never recommend to anyone to deal with as their customer service is disgusting and fraudulent! And I had to pay for this in US funds! I did get a beautiful rose gold iPad case which is exactly the same as the one I originally ordered from them from Amazon. And it cost a lot less than theirs did. At least a $100.00 less! Buyer beware.

Unacceptable communication. I ordered item and immediately had buyers remorse. They have NO system to cancel order. I sent email and there was no response for several days. By then the order couldn’t be stopped so when I received it, it cost me $15 to ship it back. They have received the returned item, yet after a week they have not refunded my credit card.

Do not buy from this company. First if you even open the package they will keep half your money. They even tried to say they never received the item back but I kept all records of sending item back including signature of person who signed for the return. What they sell is junk and all the post on their site are the positive reviews.Also ordered a mouse and it came damaged. I contacted them right away. Worse customer service. They won’t do pay pal cause pay pal would not let them get away with taking people money. The company is a rip-off..Don’t waste your money..UPDATE..Got reply from over a year ago. Didn’t refund money then sure you won’t now. I stand by what I previously posted. Stay away from this company..

So to summarize my message above, I was issued a credit is $70 rather than $98 because they said they had to open it and decontaminate it and must now sell it as open box at a50% discount. I had told them countless times the package would not and was not opened. I paid CAD $112 for the case, $25 to ship it back, and after getting an email from them that they would send me a refund of $98 US, they sent me a measly $70 CAD with the excuse that it had to go through decontamination because of covid and the packaging needed to be replaced. They did not respect their money back guarantee whatsoever. Crooks are all they are…

I bought a Gold and Cherry keyboard ($115US) in April 2020. In June 2021 it quite working; would not hold a charge. After trouble shooting with G&C support they said it could not be repaired and I could buy a new one for 50% off. Not happy. Very disappointed. Won’t buy again.
