August 16th- ordered a Trackpad 360°swivel Smart Case For iPad Pro 12.9" August 24th - Still haven't received shipping on item, contacted company. They send shipping that day to me (confirmation) August 29th - received item. Item is not what I ordered- they sent a regular case not a swivel case. Contacted company same day. August 31 - they finally respond and ask for images. I sent back images immediately the same day proving they sent the wrong item. Sept 4 - Still no response from the company. I send a follow-up asking if I can get the item I ordered and how to return this item. Sept 8- I get an email saying they "notified the warehouse" Sept 13 - still no follow up from them on what to do, I email again Sept 14- I am told I can keep the item for a 25% discount or send it back. I respond I didn't order this item and I wanted the item I ordered or a refund. They notify me they don't HAVE the item I ordered on the website. Sept 14th - I notify them I want to return the false item. Its now Sept 23rd - still no way to return, no refund and no shipping of the right item.

Just had my new keyboard for my new iPad for a few weeks. Already not charging so completely useless. This is my second key board and the last stopped working on the numerals but my iPad needed renewing so I got another one. This one is useless DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE THEY ARE A FRAUD AND POOR QUALITY AND NOT VALUE FO MONEY

This ase has only the fact it can store your pencil with it. I could barely take my iPad Pro out. Keyboard did not work you must turn on and off constantly then it lights up for ten seconds and goes off. Terrible waste of money it was nearly impossible to get my iPad out. Save your money this does not even shift for caps. English instructions are minimal save your cash I sure wish I would have

Not what I expected at all. Was too hard to remove iPad from the case. I had to wedge it out and broke off one of the tabs that holds the iPad in place. Also scratched my iPad. The Bluetooth disconnects constantly. The feel of the keyboard is ok but the keys are a bit small. Plus only getting a 50% refund is terrible. I understand the say it’s because of COVID protocols. Makes one think they don’t stand behind their product.

They didn’t respond to my email regarding an exchange for weeks until I threatened to dispute the charge with my bank. Went way past the 14 day return window. Cheap product Edit: they’re asking me to reach out which I did for months and decided to dispute via my bank because the return window had already closed because they don’t respond in a timely manner. I really do not recommend buying from here.

Hard to share a view on item because I didn’t not receive what I ordered. I have sent in several responses but have not got one in return

I would give -0- stars if possible. Very disappointed in the products. The stylus pen doesn't stay “on” so I'm having to always turn it back on. The mouse is not at all responsive and the keyboard also is sluggish. When in use, my Ipad is reduced to landscape perspective, which does not work for all my applications. I got these items “on sale”, and I believe they are still overpriced for the performance. I regret my purchases

I bought a keyboard and case combo for my ipad I am a teacher in a college and wanted a back up product in case my laptop packed up As I was teaching online last year. Very happy with it only used in doors a as back up product - £100 ish Just a year old maybe only a few days under or over .Its stopped working. Contacted support who said I could return it for repair or buy a new one for 50% discount When I tried to apply the code it wouldn't work So I contacted them again and they renaged on their offer and offered me 25 % as my keyboard was now 1 year old - warranty is 1 year only Very very poor customer service So if you buy one it may only last a year and I am afraid you will have no recourse with them
