I received a iPad keyboard case for my 2nd generation iPad. The iPad is VERY difficult to remove from the case once installed. Because I’m a professional musician, I need to remove the iPad from the keyboard often to use on my music stand. The “release” button is hard to access, literally painful to press hard enough and almost impossible with any sort of fingernail- I have stubby nails and was still hard to remove. I had to use more force than I was comfortable with against the iPad - it was actually bending - in order to get it out. I’m following the directions closely- the case is just poorly made. Also, the case does not use the Smart Connector and the screen does not swivel - small perks of other cases. I miss my old Logitech case but it’s no longer made for older iPads! Returns are a pain in the ass. Only 50% refund for open box? I wrote an email a week ago, but still haven’t heard back.

Heavy, keyboard is ok. Case itself is thin and fragile, will crack easily. Not worth the cost. Will not buy from this company again

Delivery was delayed a week from the first delivery date that was provided. The case has good flexibility but heavier than expected and a little getting use to is required.

No notice about my order. Not sure if they have even received it. No notice on "shop" app. Paid but not confident in their service. I just want my keyboard and case

Unfortunately these products are a waste of money. The case looks good and solid but it is internally where the problems are and you can’t see it until it’s too late. The keyboard worked for about 5 months and then the keys wouldn’t work and a reset was unavailable because of this. Multiple emails were eventually returned with lame excuses and only an offer of a 50% discount on a new one, totally unacceptable. They will gladly take your money but when things go wrong, and they will, you will get no support. There are other similar products out there that may be better, save your money and shop elsewhere. Reading through other reviews, this is common.

Received gift of the Flexbook 6 in 1 swivel keyboard case in early Sept 2020. It's used infrequently-- few times a week, not daily, and never travels. I really liked it, but the keys in the middle row keyboard stopped functioning early Jan 2021. Gold and Cherry was slow to reply to my online request for warranty support re repair or replacement. G &C has slow walked three emails. After one month and a video sent as requested, I have no resolution. The warranty appears to be false advertising and company support is not timely, helpful nor specifically informational. Do not purchase expecting any warranty at all. Four months of very incidental usage is unacceptable. Nice concept. Poor product and support behind what they sell.

Disappointing quality, the website leads you to believe their products are of a high standard. But it looks like a generic keyboard, flimsy and looks cheap. Update - Company has responded to my review, thank you to them for taking the time to give their thoughts. However I stand by my original review. It is not that lack of features but lack of quality that disappointed me. I would recommend Zagg keyboards, cost more but excellent quality and design.

Very poor support. I bought the 5 in 1 lightening audio data hub- less than one year ago. It was used about 4 times. When I removed it from my Iphone- the lightening connector detached from the unit. The product was still under one year warranty. When the company was contacted - I was told they don’t replace broken items — My husband is a hardware IT specialist. After looking at the product, he said it was a poor solder connection to the circuit board. Very disappointed this company does not stand behind their warranty of product. Will never purchase from them again.
