I was stiffed by Gold and Cherry. Returned both products and followed their return policies specifically with photos, return postage receipt, etc. and did not receive a refund. It showed receipt of my return. I asked for the merchandise returned to me at my postage expense if they weren’t going to refund me my money, and I eventually heard back from customer service saying they refunded me. I began this return process shortly after I received the two products back in December of 2024! So much for their 100% satisfaction guarantee! What a ripoff!

Scam! Never received my package and never got my refund

Beware! Do not buy from this company! I did not receive my order and the company never responded to my emails. I then looked at reviews for Gold & Cherry and found feedback from many customers who had the exact same experience as myself. I will always look at customer reviews prior to purchasing online again.

I ordered my iPad cause mid-April and haven't received any notifications beyond the order confirmation upon initially ordering. I have emailed twice for order status and received no response. I paid with my checking account via Affirm, and I have one payment left. I will be contacting my credit union and filing a fraud claim to get my money back. Based on these reviews, this company should be shut down!!!! I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.

Would give 0 stars if I could - ordered in February and it's June and I have not received my item. Cannot get them to respond to my emails. Was provided a fake tracking number. Finally got a response. They said they would reship a different color case. Have never heard from them since and cannot get them to respond to me again. Gold and Cherry is a scam. They take your money and run.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.Due to the c connection being loose after three months the case would not accept a charge ! Thus I ended up paying approximately paying $50.00 per month for a useless product.!. I was over seas when it quite operating. Gold and Cherry’s would not honor their one year warranty on this product . Instead said they would let me purchase another case for half price. THEY HAVE THUS QUIT ALL COMMUNICATION WITH ME .

I order iPad case with keyboard on April 7. I still have not received iPad case with keyboard. It is may 16. I want a refund or my item now.

I wished I had read this before ordering. I ordered an ipad keyboard on Apr 2. It is now May 16 and I have no indication when or if I am getting it. I've emailed them 4 times with no reply. Do not buy from this company.
