I have a 1st generation iPad and struggled to find a new keyboard and case. I am pleased that I found this one through Gold and Cherry. I purchased it at the beginning of the pandemic and had to wait longer than what I suspect was usual but when I contacted customer support, I quickly received a response with information about my shipment. Once I received it, it was very easy to set up. I really like the swivel feature which allows me to just use the pad when I don't need the keyboard.

The people were great about helping me with any questions I had. The always answered my questions within a timely manner. I love my new case, it works great. Even though we were having a pandemic in the middle of my order, the service was great. Thank you everyone. Great job.

This case is true to the specs given. It was easy to connect by Bluetooth. It functions as advertised, it makes your IPad to function as an Apple laptop. Everything even to the feel but it’s better than a laptop because it’s still a IPad. So you can still touch it and activate moves as needed. Love the ability to be in computer mode or Pad mode. I bought an iPad case about a year ago. Like others who've commented here, the hinge failed. But G & C was very fair and offered me a discounted replacement. But in the course of ordering my new case, I made a careless mistake causing me to receive a case with the wrong keyboard. Again, G & C stepped up and rescued me from my own stupidity. I couldn't have been treated more like a valued customer. Thanks ladies and gentlemen!
