Excellent service and quick response to an issue relating to express delivery.

I have read all the negative reviews and i have to say none of these bear any resemblance to my experience with this company. My order was fulfilled very promptly arrived within the prescribed time and the item works perfectly. There have been a couple of small niggels, but these have been dealt with very courteously and have resolved the problems. I have nothing but praise for this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends, in fact I have done so several times.

From the beginning, the company has been great. I reached out to Support before placing my order to get additional information on the 360 swivel case for iPad Pro. They were helpful, I waited for the updated product to be released when it became available, and then placed my order. The case arrived 2 days ahead of schedule and has definitely lived up to my expectations. It seems firm and the keyboard keys have good travel. Total 360° swivel with a trackpad for a great price!

Couldnt recommend this company and their products enough. Excellent quality, fast service. When i had an issue with mine doing funny things they replied to my email within a few hours with the solution. Looking forward to upgrading to one with the touchpad now. Very quick and efficient customer service. My case/keyboard arrived and the WiFi was not connecting — the technician sent me a clear and well written link that resolved the issue...much better than the tiny pamphlet that comes with the device.
