I return a keyboard case after it cracked my iPad screen The package was sent back with Tracking Number which shows it received. No refund WHY they claim they have not received the package. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Not even 1 star! To everyone …READ THE POLICY ON RETURNING BACK TO GOLD/CHERRY BEFORE YOU BUY ITS THAT SIMPLE! What seems to be the problem? I sent a email to Angelo. Ask to read it!

I WOULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS IF I COULD I purchased a Gold and Cherry mini iPad case and keyboard in January 2022. After a few days the keyboard failed to connect to Bluetooth. I jumped through all the hoops to send it back, had to pay for the return shipping, and was expected to pay for the shipping of a replacement keyboard. After I requested a full refund I only received half of the original purchase price. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I certainly won’t be buying a replacement keyboard case unit from Gold and Cherry considering the reviews on Trust Pilot referring to the problem with hinges in the past it is obvious to me that, in this case, a replacement should be offered. I have purchased an alternative from Amazon, from another company costing much less and of much superior quality. It is obvious to me now that I have a comparison, that Gold and Cherry offer much more inferior items at much increased prices. I certainly will not be buying from, or recommending, your company in the future. This company is a joke. Fine when you buy from them but totally useless when something goes wrong. PLEASE READ THE GOLD AND CHERRY REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM. THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES SELLING IPAD KEYBOARDS AT MUCH REDUCED PRICES AND CERTAINLY OF BETTER QUALITY.

I purchased a replacement cover/keyboard for my iPad 12.9. The first one that arrived was damaged in shipping. They did send a replacement but it would not hold a charge or would not function. They told me to send it back, I did that three weeks ago. They will not answer my email nor have I received a refund. Based on this experience, I would NOT recommend this company. Their customer service is pathetic.

I bought a iPad Pro case and keyboard 6 months ago. It worked ok till last week when the hinge broke they don’t answer their phone. I finally got an email saying it broke after 14 days and they refused to let me sent it to them at my expense. I would not recommend buying from them.

Purchased a Trackpad smart case for 9.7" ipad in October 2021. Haven't used it that much but now it won't charge at all, the green light goes on and then it goes red. I am furious. This is the second item I have purchased from Gold and Cherry that does not hold a charge. Very disappointed.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I paid $129 for this thing and it wont even charge. Not hold a charge mind you, it will not charge at all. Absolutely will not work unless plugged in to power. Customer service is nonexistent!! I have received no communication from them since I sent email a week ago. I know I’ll never see the money again. Total POS product and company. Save your money!!
