I purchased an expensive watch band for my Apple Watch a few months ago and after about a month or so the finish started coming off the metal band and the cheap silicone watch surround (photos make this look like metal). When I asked about the 1 year warranty they said this was "normal" wear and tear and not covered. What this tell me is they buy cheap products from China and don't disclaim what the 1 year warranty really covers. Don't trust this seller!

Followed detailed instructions for refund. Mailed keyboard to the company on April 12. Emailed photographs as required with tracking number. Policy states it will take 3 to 5 business days to process and issue refund after receipt of keyboard. USPS tracking shows the item was picked up at the PO on April 14. horrible experience. the product they sent broke after 15 days. don't buy from them. very low Quality. tried contacting them and they don't take damage product back, plus they want you to ship it to them at your cost.

The TRACKPAD KEYBOARD CASE that I ordered for my 12" iPad Pro was ill-fitting and made of cheap plastic. I struggled to understand how to activate and coordinate the Bluetooth keyboard with my iPad's touch keyboard. Gold & Cherry's return policy is punitive. You have 14 days, must have a printed return number and all of the original packaging and documentation. You must pay return shipping and you get docked if all the packaging and documentation is not there. Because of health reasons, I missed the 14-day deadline, but even if I had managed to ship the case back on time, I still would have had to pay shipping and missing-box/documentation penalties. Essentially I am out nearly $200 for something I can't use.

The entire description of the product is accurate; however, it’s obviously fake and altered photography/CGI for the products. Customer service is only interested in upselling and unwilling to refund. Do not buy from this company.

Not very happy with this case. The fit is terrible; one corner I still can't get flushed. The iPad is regularly slipping out of the case. The case is sturdy and probably will save my iPad if dropped assuming it doesn't slip out during said drop. I would not recommend this case.

When I got my cover/keyboard it didn’t fit No big deal right? Wrong I emailed customer service for a return number, you have to get a @number@ to return it. It has been a week and nothing from them.

Very few features actually work. Returns are a hassle. Guess it serves me right for ordering from a company I’ve never heard of.
