Continued - 4 days later, on 8/8, I was contacted again by customer service, this time a different person than I had been dealing with. I'm offered to look at the women's section before they process the refund. I responded by saying no, thank you, the women's watch bands were half the cost of the band I purchased, and even if I added a bumper for the women's watch, this would not be a fair and equal trade. It is now a month and several emails later, and I still do not have a refund. I then received an email that the items had been refunded. A few days later, I checked my account and saw that I had only been refunded $120.72. The watch band was $169.90. I had a discount code, so my total for the band was $154.9. I had to pay $15 to return the watch to them, so I know the shipping costs they say they will keep should be $15. I guess they determined shipping costs to be $34.18. Doing business with this company cost me $50, and I have nothing to show for it in the end. I've reached out multiple times, and they have now stopped responding. I may be out $50, but the cost to them is much greater. If these reviews deter just one buyer from purchasing from their site, they are out far greater than what they stole from me.

I bought the Apple Watch band. I got it, tried it on and immediately determined it was too large for my size hand. I put it back in the box and immediately started the return process. Their return policy is ridiculous to begin with. No free returns and if they determine the package or product is damaged in anyway they deduct that from your return along with the shipping costs. The box that the watch band was sent to me in was damaged. So they sent me damaged packaging but they deduct from your return if you return damaged packaging? Several weeks go by before my return was processed. Then I’m contacted and asked if I would like to forego my return and pick something from the women’s line. The men’s band I purchased was double the cost of everything they had to offer in the women’s line of products. I declined the offer stating that it was a ridiculous offer. Why would I trade for something half the cost? Finally I get my return. The email sent indicated that I’m getting a full refund. Awesome. Well, not exactly, with no explanation whatsoever I see that my account was only refunded $120!! The watch band is $169.90! I had to pay $15 to return it! Shopping with them cost me $65 and I have nothing to show for my money. They are a total scam! Buyer beware!!!! During the return process they would respond to my emails. Now of course no response at all. Please tell me, Gold and Cherry how it’s ok for you to send me damaged product and keep $50 of my money? I returned the product exactly how it came to me. It was out of the packaging no longer than 5 minutes. I should’ve stayed far away after reading your bogus return policy! I hope word spreads fast and you are put out of business. You have no right stealing people’s money!

customer service is BAD! Never received my order and no refund, just an offer for a 50% discount. As if I will ever order again!

I bought an iPad mini and ordered a keyboard from this company for it. Before the keyboard arrived I realized the iPad mini was too small for me to see clearly, and I returned it. When the keyboard arrived I tried to call the company to arrange a return but was never able to get a live person on the phone. I emailed them and they responded that I could return the item and choose another item from their store. I responded that I don’t need anything from their store. Now they tell me their policy is to refund 50% of the price I paid for an item I NEVER USED! I wish I could give them zero stars. I also wrote this review on their website and they took it down. Very poor customer service!

Garbage company with little moral business ethics. I placed the order and immediately cancelled the order within 30 minutes. They did not respond to my cancellation for a few days. When they did respond they told me my order had already gone out and it would have to be retuned. They have a wack return policy but I managed to navigate thru all the requirements and successfully returned the items. I sent the items back with us postal tracking. They’ve had the item for 11 days now, and have said they warehouse is inspecting the item to confirm a valid return. They are full of crap, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE - TOTAL RIP OFF ARTISTS

God awful company to buy from; these people give small business owners a bad reputation. I bought an Apple Watch Case, and I received the case, I began to read the instruction and proceeded to unlock the case... Surprise, surprise, they sent the wrong item, which was damaged, and they didn't send the right screw head to open the case. I left voicemail after voicemail and have not a single call back. I tried to contact them via email and chat, but they blocked me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR... IT IS A NIGHTMARE. THEY ARE IMPLEMENTING ILLEGAL RETURN POLICIES.

Sent me the wrong product and now I’m stuck with it. $200 down the drain

Only had my case for 9 months and the swivel part cracked and they refuse ve me any help or a replacement at a reduced price. It was the worst case I ever used anyway!! Do not waste your money!!
