Gold and CherryReviews of goldandcherry.com

Save yourselves the headaches & money don’t buy, and think you can return their garbage back for a refund. Metal watch band looks beautiful in the pictures but in reality it’s not worth more than 5$.

After purchasing a Ipad case with a tracker pad from "Gold & Cherry", I found that several of the keys weren't functioning so I contacted Customer Services and explained to them the details of the problem. But even though the item was still in Warranty at the time, they said the keys didn't come under the warranty. However, they offered me a discount should I want to purchase another one!!! I was asked to put my comments on "Trust Pilot" to identify the problem...and said that I wouldn't be recommending their products to any of my friends. Since then Trust Pilot has come back to me saying that Gold & Cherry would like to review the situation. However, If I didn't reply with the necessary details the comments would be deleted from the Trust Pilot site. I sent them the required information as requested and I've not heard a thing from "Gold & Cherry" since.....proving the negative comments of their after care service were fully justified. This was the second Ipad case I had purchased, the first one didn't have the tracker pad. I am again quite frustrated but again certainly wouldn't recommend them to friends or family.

This is the perfect place to shop if you like e-waste. Their crap doesn't work, and their warranty is absolutely worthless. Do NOT shop here unless you're anxious to get rid of your money!

I purchased an iPad mini keyboard case. Within a month the battery would only stay charged for five minutes and many keys stopped working. I contacted customer service and was informed that their warranty does not cover these issues. So what does it cover…apparently nothing. They offered me a 25% discount on a new one. Great, so I’m going to spend on another one. I would have included a question mark but that key is not working either. Stay away, cheap Chinese junk! Nov 22 Thanks for replying and your offer via email to replace it for half price. I have since purchased a case from a different vendor. After all, it would seem odd to purchase another one from you that is not covered by a warranty of any value and risk it’s battery failing after a month and keys that don’t work. Thanks

Grrr… part 4 So now after asking you to stop harrassing me and having my last message delete I am writing to ensure this post stays up. I did respond to your September fake attempt at resolution, asking not no being harrassed by you anymore and yet here you are again, asking AGAIN to respond or you pull the review. NO WAY!!! I won’t delete the post, I’ll keep it up there for all to see and until you reimburse me the money you stole from me, then we are at an impasse. You have my number… either call me to resolve it or stop harrassing me with your bots. Order number? Look it up, it’s been 2 years of you harrassing me; you should know it

The case was super cheap i will not be putting my 1200 dollar iPad in that piece of s*it. The case i have now is way better and was cheaper that that pile of s*it i purchased from you. Do me a favor, set your f***ing factory on fire and rid us of the crap you are making.

I have had the same experience as Karen McCord but my plea for a correctly sized replacement was spurned by MonkProtect. I have tried to talk to someone but have had no response from the listed contact number. So far I am very dismayed and underwhelmed by my dealings with Gold and Cherry. Jim Kelly

The case is too small for my iPad. Before I ordered it I checked to make sure that it fit due to the price and I get it and it doesn’t fit. I’m pretty upset about it
