I have a warning to give everyone about this company after writing to them by email asking for information... My order from the company never arrived, and they lie very badly!!! they generate a shipping label that never gets updated because they never ship the product. Not only am I going to review them here, but everywhere on the web! ABSOLUTE SCAM I am going to report them Stay away from them!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! I've been contacting customer service for the past month no replies. They sent me the wrong item. Sent 6 emails with no replies. Customer service phone goes to VM no call backs. Look elsewhere for a product. This company is terrible! UPDATE: They have offered a replacement if I filed an insurance claim and after it was approved they asked me to file another insurance claim after I sent them a copy of the approved claim. I've sent 20 emails since December and it's still not resolved. LIKE I SAID THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Ordered over 3 months ago. Shipping problems. I finally asked for cancellation and a refund. They have now ghosted me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Ordered a keyboard case for iPad. Missing elements. I wanted a refund. They want to replace it. Yet they have phone number that no one answers tech support line and no one answers. Text and email which no one answers. Haven’t hear anything since 12/23/22. This is very poor service and not lowest prices. Shame on them. Never again.

Do not purchase!!!! The worst customer service! I received an iPad case with keyboard, and there was a tear in the corner of the box. They refused to receive the item back and give me a full refund. Well, they never give a full refund. It’s always minus original shipping and return shipping. The case is bulky and looks much cheaper in person than on the website. They basically said that one of their specialist inspects the boxes before they’re shipped so I must’ve done it. And we’re talking the tiniest little tear! I assumed it happened in packaging or shipping. I saw your response to me. Your customer service told me I can't return it due to the tear in the corner. I WANT TO RETURN this product. It's cheap and not worth the money at all! I got the run around from you guys, It took days to get a response each time I reached out about a return and now the 14 day window for returns has closed. If you really want to help then you'll email me a link to make the return instead of telling me to contact customer service.

Ordered one as a Christmas gift, it was wrong size so I requested an exchange for the right size. I received it on Dec 8 and contacted them on Dec 27. I was told that there was a 14 day return policy, I explained that it was a Christmas gift and I didn’t want to return just exchange for the correct size. They refused. Don’t order from here, they will not work with you.

Purchase a keyboard swivel case for my wife's Ipad. Purchased on 11/24/2022, received it on 11/30/2022. First opened on Christmas as a present. The product would not pair and after several attempts, wifi and Bluetooth the case still would not pair with the ipad. Angelo from G&C asked several questions then offered me 50% discount on a purchase of the same item as their warranty doesn't cover the product for the issue. This was brand new, out of the box but Angelo claims since I am outside of the 14 days, no refund. The one warranty doesn't cover this new product. Will never do business with this company again.
