Wouldn’t recommend buying for this seller as they fail to respond to emails. Sent the goods which were not delivered. Asked for a refund as the receiver would no longer be at the address so they just reshipped the product again and totally ignored my 5 email requests. They won’t respond to my requests for a refund and have gone silent. Certainly not 100% customer satisfaction. Just don’t expect any customer service from them once they have your money. So I now have no product that cost me a lot of money and customs duty I wasn’t expecting to have to pay. The response received from the supplier 8 August is very misleading because there was no miscommunication because they replied to me with, Refund denied and return the goods”. All correspondence with them has been via their support email and it has just been appalling. Their response is a save face attempt. If they were genuine they would have emailed me instead of me having to contact them and wait until they decide to reply again.

I purchased an IPad case and the one they sent didn’t match the description or the picture on the box. In the mean time my credit card was hacked and I was issued a new one. I returned the case and told them what was going on and they ignored any comments about my payment method and issued the refund. The phone number they have for customer service is SPAM and there is no way to talk to anyone.

If I could leave a zero, I would. This company actually sent me a used iPad case. When I started the return process, they handed me off to a third-party… monkprotect. The first thing month protect did was offer to have me keep the damaged and used case for a 25% refund. When I declined that, they declined my return and told me they would not refund it, nor give me a replacement. Please… Do your due diligence before you do business with this company. It’s obvious that their number one goal is to make themselves and Gold & Cherry as much money as possible. It’s quite possible that you are next in line to receive a damaged, used item, and they will refuse to make it right.

I purchased an IPad case that was the wrong size. Returned the case via FedEx and they were suppose to send the correct size. They received the return package on May 4th. Sent them a copy of receipt. Still no case. Elle has been no help and doesn’t answer emails or voicemails!

Return was made difficult and complicated not to mention lengthy. My refund was not full amount even thought product was returned unused and in perfect condition. I would never purchase product from this company and do not recommend any one else either. It was unfair refund.
