Disappointed in the data attachment I purchased for my i pad Air 2. My i pad keeps saying “this accessory may not be supported”. Where do I go from here? How can I resolve this issue? I throughly love the keyboard/case that I purchased which is why I did not give a 1 on this review.

The products seem to be supplied by others and available at a much lower price via Amazon or EBay. But the customer service needs a lot of improvement. In my case, all comments to my questions seem to be computer generated without human intervention. I now hold an item valued at their price for $129 which is absolutely cod no value to me as they denied my request to return it for credit. No more orders.

The mouse was a disappointment. Work half time.

The $99 Apple Watch band has the same quality as the $30 ones on Amazon. The band is however a bit thicker than the $30 bands on Amazon. The case that comes with the band is just a cheap piece of rubbery plastic. I’d say try your luck getting a “luxury” Watch band somewhere else.

Cover was well made but is heavy as a boat anchor. Very dissatisfied

I bought this because my 5 year old Logitech keyboard was ready for retirement. I like the idea of a lighted keyboard. I should have paid more attention to the reviews. The battery life with a lit keyboard last 10-14 days tops. I’m constantly recharging the keyboard. When I do, I have to remove my Ipad from the keyboard so I can use it while the keyboard is charging. It takes a herculean effort to get the IPad out of the mounting. So far I have not found an easy way to get it out. I’ve found that the case is heavy and cold when picked up, a minor issue that I didn’t have with my Logitech. I have not yet mastered the touchpad. It has an annoying way of flipping out of the app you are working on for what I can see as no reason at all. It is extremely sensitive. I’ve tried all kinds of settings to get it to calm down with no success. I find that I am using the IPad with the keyboard off more often to avoid the annoying quirks. It’s too late to return it and I don’t want to hassle with customer support so I guess I’ll chalk this up to experience. The price I paid was way too much to be having these kinds of problems. I have found there are other options that are way cheaper then this Gold and Cherry offering. Go through the reviews before you take the plunge.

Not real happy with my case. It had some issues. There were cracks in each corner so now the right side of my iPad falls out. Also the keys missed. Gold and Cherry addressed my issues but I could only return for replacement or get a 40% refund. I did not want another one so I had to take the lesser refund. Now I have a keyboard I cannot use. I never would have bought if I known I could not get a 100% refund if I was not 100% satisfied. Will not buy from them again.

Poor quality, made and packed poor. Found my laptop keyboard broken when I received it!
