I ordered an iPad keyboard case from Gold and Cherry recently. When I received it, unfortunately, the product did not work. I reached out to ask for a replacement, and Angelo, the person who assisted me was FANTASTIC! Incredibly responsive, very helpful, sent me out a replacement with no issues at all. The new one works great! I was very impressed with the customer support of the company.

My husband treated me to the keyboard for my birthday. I LOVE it! I now use my older Apple iPad (generation one 12.9”) that had been sitting dormant in the drawer for the last several years. I feel like I’ve got a new laptop. The keyboard is very sturdy and feels substantial. The keyboard has a nice touch. I like the color I chose.

I am so glad I purchased the keyboard for my IPad, i have only had it a week, and i am still learning all of the features the keyboard offers. It has proved to be greatly more than I expected. Can’t wait until I learn all of the features of the keyboard!

I inadvertently ordered the wrong case for my iPad mini and when I reached out to customer service because I thought the ‘case was wrong’, they explained the differences between the mini generations. They clearly explained what I had done but they were’t pushy. I love the cases they sell for iPad minis and when they kindly offered me a discounted new one - because the return time-frame was long past - I jumped at the offer. Everything was smooth and easy and now I’m educated when it comes to purchasing anything from Gold & Cherry! LOVE the products AND the service! Highly recommend !!!!
