Gold and CherryReviews of goldandcherry.com

Bought a iPad 12 Pro keyboard case and I love it, nice quality and works like a laptop.

The representative was thorough, saw a problem and came up with a solution. Hopefully I will be receiving the keyboard very soon.

Love it! Well built, quality product.

Quick delivery and great product!!! Love the way it performs with my iPad. The swivel makes this a great case.

Seamless purchase experience from start to finish. Updates on shipment and delivery dates were consistent. Never had to worry were my purchase was or the delivery of it. And the product itself was exactly as advertised. Absolutely happy with the entire experience.

fast delivery! great product!

I had been disputing a return policy charge with an associate from Gold and Cherry beginning in August 2022. I disagreed with the enforcement of their return policy for my specific purchase and took additional steps to rectify the issue. When I had reached the point of utter frustration with the customer service rep and had begun looking for legal representation, the manager at Gold & Cherry stepped in. Now, I do not know if she reviewed all the pictures and read all the emails exchanged between the customer service rep and myself, but she made the decision to refund my full purchase price for the used item I received and rejected. While the circumstances surrounding my purchase and return were unique, I strongly advise customers to thoroughly read and understand Gold and Cherry's return policy before you purchase. They enforce their return policy with gusto! I am most grateful to the manager who intervened with my dispute.

The durability of the watch case , you can tell this is built to last. Looking forward to telling people exactly where I got it from and that they could too ..
