I ordered a keyboard case for my 11 year old iPad 3rd generation on March 5, 2023. I received the case on March 10, less than a week. It was exactly as described and works great! There were no helpful instructions with the item except steps for activating the Bluetooth connection. I have figured out how to use most of the switches and keys after reading all information I could find on the Gold & Cherry website. I still have no idea how to use at least 6 keys but am very pleased with this keyboard case.

Even though I have not received my product yet, I’m giving 5 stars for the customer support I’ve already received. I forgot to put my discount code in for a 10% discount. Once I realized it, (which was immediately after paying) I contacted customer support and they honored the 10%.
