I've bought some PSN cards. the website has several issues. 3 of my orders stuck (order paid but not delivered) after days, and they didn't refund orders. they know this problem well but they do not want to solve it. 0 is a better rating for them

What a bad site! i bought 60$ worth a MONTH ago. ive used this service before and got my OPT text without any problems. but i didnt get it after purchasing the 60$ worth, i tried to buy some genshin genesis crystals. i didnt get my OPT text, i messaged their support team and they have been sending me the same message for the last MONTH not helping at all and acting like bots. disgusting. do use!

It costs more than just to buy ingame, however with some bonuses I calculated that it would be worth it. The code did not work even though I put it in, after submitting a ticket to get it sorted they never helped just stating “it was not inserted”. Obviously it was inserted but something technical went wrong, maybe your server didn’t receive it or my browser bugged.

Arrogant and illogical attitude, customer service to US customers only, Promise something before the purchase and then nothing, and there is no one to talk to. This is my feeling that I live outside the USMost products are not shipped to my area of residence at all, if I had known this before purchasing it would have been very significant. Too bad, I expected a company that does very quality stuff to fall for the little things of promoting "gold coins" mechanics

My old phone is broken. Which you can tell that i cant turn on the phone. So the thing i want to buy will gone in a few minutes. For exact 40+ minutes. So while waiting the item is gone and Razer still not helping me with my issue. So i leave a 3 star becuz i know i rushed the ticket. Atleast send the OTP via email. Or reset 2fa using email. Another reason is when you reload, it doesnt ask for your OTP and just simply reload. But when i want to use it, it ask for my OTP. Thats what make me insane. I reloaded huge amount of money that i cant even use. Let people know this before using it. But even if its bad. I think i prefer this way of purchasing ingame stuff. And before you use any of the service. Please complete your profile.

Worst, recharging diamonds can take up to 24 hours? WTH, I will miss the event by the time the diamonds will be credited, other sites can credit instantly. Please do not use this. Try someone else, they are pain in the butt.

Worst customer service ever!! Takes ages to respond to an issue raised. Posted a top up deal of 10% extra gold but end up nothing. Submitted ticket to highlight the issue hoping they would do something about it but responded only after the event. So dont get too excited if they post of any great deals.
