GoKitty.comReviews of gokitty.com

The bengal kitten had to be returned to the breeder. The kitten had worms. This was a horrible experience and I had to spend hours in this process. I am just very sad that these unethical sites are available to the public. I am so relieved that new legislation is coming 1/1/27. It is completely inhumane to the animals

I would not recommend GoKitty for buying or selling kittens. My experience with their customer service, especially Joel, was very disappointing and unprofessional.

This site was a COMPLETE WASTE of time an energy, I have looked an mess. ppl almost endless for 3 days. for a certain breed there are plenty ava. I've looked in ever age group kitten/adult, to get no replies, to some that just more than wasted my time.

STAY AWAY FROM WILLOW GATE CATTERY, BATTLE CREEK MICHIGAN BREEDER: JUNE GOTHBURG. I GOT RIPPED OFF $300 FROM THIS WOMAN BECAUSE THE MALE LYNX POINT SIAMESE KITTEN THAT I BOUGHT FROM HER IS SCARED !!! HE WAS MAL- NOURISHED, WHEN I BROUGHT HIM HOME I COULD FEEL HIS BONES THROUGH HIS FUR AND HE HAD DIARRHEA , HE WAS SERIOUSLY ANTISOCIAL , RAN AWAY ALL THE TIME ,HID CONSTANTLY AND AND AFTER A MONTH OR SO OF STILL HAVING HIM, HE IS STILL ALOOF,AND ANTISOCIAL, HE ONLY CARES IF I FEED HIM, DOES NOT WANT ME TO TOUCHED, OR TO BE HELD,OR PICKED UP . BREEDERS SHOULD SOCIALIZE THEIR KITTENS THIS KITTEN IS TRAUMATIZED. THE BREEDER KNEW IT JUST WANTED TO SELL HIM.

Rashel Carroll Cattery....They texted my daughter from a 865-265-3986 asking if she was interested in a Siamese kitten and gave her the information cost, $500 for the kitten. They asked her to send $100 deposit via zelle or venmo to a Patrice Washington and then we decided that we would do test through PayPal to a Reco Garrett. They stated to send the remaining money through friends and family and when we got to the location to pick up the kitten, the house was empty and it was for sale. To finalize another payment of $65 for TICA registration. When you make payments through PayPal using the friends and family is less likely for you to get your money back. As is not covered by their buy back protection, since the transaction is instant Do not trust this website at all. None of it's true. Be careful who you give your information to and where you send your money through. I would never ever ever go back to this website again.

Joel will block you from logging in after you spend weeks or months making a seller profile, adding listings, photos and descriptions. It's not a reliable website. I was able to email support and he restored it only for a few hours and blocked me again. He is not reliable. I am in the process of deleting all the links I shared and closing my profile. I do not reccommend them. They have other male sellers posing without a shirt. They have spammy robots messaging you. Yes people are only interested in kittens, and they will message you. But you can't read the messages. I shared the listings I created in Facebook groups and Facebook restricted my account permanently as spam and disabeled my access to groups. So they are considered a spammy website and a scam website by Meta. I am still unable to have my Facebook groups access reatored. I was not a paid member and I would never upgrade because they treat members disrespectfully. It's not a reliable service. Joel is very rude and sabotages your profile. It's a waste of time. I used the website since March 2025 to June 2025. I am very dissafisfied that Joel is tampering with seller accounts. I do not reccommend that site and no other cat rescue group will use it. It's a site for backyard breeders who exploit kittens for a profit. It's not adult cat friendly. It's not shelter friendly. It's not rehoming friendly. It's not trustworthy. I had 50 active listings and 20 marked as sold. I only found a home for a half siamese kitten. The person who adopted the cat was able to contact me on Instagram. I think the industry needs better cat websites. I think GoKitty is owned by a greedy man named Joel who goes in your account and deletes photos, and will take down your page entirely if you don't pay. I am in the process of sending them a legal cease and desist letter. It's a risky website. If you share the GoKitty com links on Facebook it will jeopordize your business profile. Never share your GoKitty Links in Facebook Groups, somebody will get angry and report them as spam, and you will loose access to all groups forever. I now have to send legal demand letters to GoKitty and Facebook.

Spent time completing an application to adopt a kitten. My 3 referrals also responded within an hour. You think I would get a follow up email or call. Not a thing. I have always adopted cats and supported several rescues. Not this one save your time!

I purchased a Ragdoll kitten, 3 months old, from a young woman in Wisconsin. She said she was a first time breeder and when I picked up my kitten. the mother, father and other sibling were there. But, there was absolutely no cat smell at all in this very small apartment. Turns out I purchased what my vet calls a MONSTER CAT. She bites me all the time, out of no where. She will just attack me. Other than that she is sweet as can be. My vet said she was taken from the mom cat too soon and did not learn not to bite. I am filled with scars from cat bites and sometimes I cry the bite is so painful. I may have to give her to a shelter, if I cannot train her not to bite me. It has been over a year. Do not trust this site. I'm sure I purchased my kitten from a mill, but set up to look like a home cattery. Beware.
