The bengal kitten had to be returned to the breeder. The kitten had worms. This was a horrible experience and I had to spend hours in this process. I am just very sad that these unethical sites are available to the public. I am so relieved that new legislation is coming 1/1/27. It is completely inhumane to the animals

I would not recommend GoKitty for buying or selling kittens. My experience with their customer service, especially Joel, was very disappointing and unprofessional.

Go kitty is a great website to find the…
Go kitty is a great website to find the kitten of your dreams for cheap ! I seen so many happy friends and family find their dream kitten from cat rescues breeders on go kitty. Some people have had bad experiences I read but that’s never happened to anyone I know . I also know lots of people rehoming cats are very competitive and especially on Craigslist they flag everyone on there I’ve had countless experiences everytime I tried to message someone their post would go missing because some weirdo flagged them usually because they had a great deal on the price compared to others selling their kittens for hundreds or sometimes thousands of dollars papers or not people need to understand not everyone can afford it and flagging a person who is selling nice kittens at a lower price is just mean specially for people like me trying to find my dream cat and these mean people will say anything to make buyers believe them so they can sell their kittens and have people turn away from other sellers . But over all go kitty is very good website way better then Craigslist! Don’t believe everything you read and bad reviews until you experience it for yourself. Never send anyone a holding deposit some people on Craigslist tried to scam me saying they will hold the kitten with a holding deposit so I could send them money and give a fake address no breeder will ever do that without you meeting them and the kitten first that’s how I got my white ragdoll I meet the owners at their house seen the litter when they weren’t ready yet picked out my kitten at 4weeks and payed the holding deposit then the rest once she turned 8weeks at pick up again at their house . Go kitty has people rehoming kittens that will meet with you and even meet in public places since some don’t like sharing home address to online strangers they let you meet the kittens in person before purchasing so you decide once you’ve met them , some kittens don’t have their shots but are still healthy and sold for a very reasonable price given no shots so I took the deal then took my new kitten to vet saved hundreds of dollars for a all whiteTurkish angora on go kitty in Cali so taking her to the vet wasn’t a deal breaker it was the price and the experience with the sellers that made it a great deal I’ve recommended to all my other friends . You just got to experience it for yourself trust me I never thought I’d own a ragdoll and all white Turkish angora

The website manager is very responsive to fraud issues. Website is very easy to use. And after dealing with toxic Craigslist cranks, this website is excellent for homing cats and kittens.

If you don't bother reading what this…
If you don't bother reading what this site is for, it definitely explains the reviews rating on scammers ON the site vs the site being a scam itself. Huge difference! The site simply collects membership fees. It doesn't FORCE anyone to buy a kitten lol. You can demand a phone call! The site itself doesn't breed cats!
I'm a Persian breeder in New Orleans and for 10 bucks a month, if I only adopted out one litten a year at 1000, I've paid for almost a decade of membership.
I was able to meet my new breeder partner in Nashville there years ago, and it has been amazing. I've met more quality clients with money to spend on this site vs the bargain basement Facebook shoppers.
The site never said it screens the clients or breeder, that's ON US, not them. Yes, there are scammers everywhere, you have to do your own homework such as Google searches for reviews, any BBB reports, Facebook group warnings, etc. ASK for a phone number, website, FACE TIME, vet reference! People should know this!
I have PERSONALLY had more time wasters and scammers on the message system than anything else, so I had to be proactive. Now, I will not even respond to anyone on the gokitty messages, because 9 out of 10 are full of it. If someone can't read my bio to call me or have the common sense to Google my business name that it's listed under, no way I want them having my kittens! Those searching for breeders need to be just as cautious!
Too many people don't read and want everything done for them, so they get mad when their own mistakes get them in a bind.
This is a great resource site for Breeders, can't speak for consumers, BUT if you don't pay attention to obvious red flags when dealing with people, blame yourself!
I've been with this site going on 5 years. Any issues are my own fault, no one else's.

Scottish fold breeder from Clio, MI- Nicole Logan, 941-237-9820 is a shameless scammer!
The website itself is good and well organized to find a specific breed cat with a distance in mind. I got unlucky to be a victim of the bad breeder. I bought a Scottish fold kitten for $1000 from a breeder from Clio, Michigan - Nicole Logan, 941-237-9820 and it was the worst experience I ever had with a pet purchase. The advertisement said that kittens and cats will come with their vaccinations, vet passport and health guarantee. She pretended to put some papers into the bottom of the cat carrier while I played with a kittens. Originally I came for an adult cat, but he end up showing signs of aggression during our contact, been very antisocial and hostile towards me. Breeder recommended to purchase one of the kittens, since I drove there 5 hours and didn't wanted to get kids disappointed. She had over 30 cats and kittens running around, but stated that most of them $1500 and got deposits put into. So I was shown small group that was "ready to go". Upon arriving home - I discovered that vet passport and vaccination papers was not provided. I called Nicole Logan and she stated that kitten was only 7 weeks old and not old enough to get a shots!!! I asked if it's even legal to sell a baby that young and why did she lied to me that kitten was over 8 weeks and already had vet visit. Heartless, money hungry women. She pretended to offer small refund to cover first set of vaccinations but when I contacted her from a doctor office, she of course block my number and refused to talk. Kitten end up to be wrong gender from what I was sold and had health issues. That "health guarantee" is just a word breeders throw to make you feel safe buying from them. My family loves the cat, but she is on daily medications and very shy and timid. I tried to report that breeder to go kitty, so she changed her profile and sold the rest of the kittens for $400. I still see her advertisements as "Free profile" breeder. She is an only one in Clio, MI. So if you looking for Scottish cats, please avoid Nicole Logan from Clio.

I LOVE THIS SITE!
I LOVE THIS SITE! I am an older (78) hobby breeder, not especially tech savvy, but have always been able to enter kitties for sale; & love the link to my website;
a biography; I can add lots of pics of my babies; and mark them as sold--with ease!
**I am especially impressed with the several filtering cautions built into the site for a potential buyer,..
