Thank you TEAM KICK! Your anxiety medication has changed my life for the better. My anxiety dissipates to almost nothing in my high stress/anxiety moments. Generally the providers have been fast to get back to me and have been really helpful but this last round was a little rocky. There was a lag in response time and then a fair amount of push back about what to dispense when I said both meds had worked equally well. I said I had needed to take the Trazadone at 100 mg for it to work well but then they dispenses a month of the Trazadone at the 50 mg dose which is not very effective for me. Since I’m not very good at advocating for my needs which is why I’m using Kick instead of my regular doctor I find this all to be really kind of frustrating, especially since the kick doctor lectured me about the use of long term sleep meds when I asked whey they hadn’t responded to me in 3 days instead of just apologizing for not responding. In addition the gummies were the most disgusting thing I have ever put in my mouth. They sent something else right away - totally fixed the issue when I contacted them but I would not recommend them to anyone EVER.

Our care team responded Wednesday at 7:29am, one business day later, with a question that had to be answered before a clinician could prescribe. That is NOT a three-day wait. When a patient leaves something unclear, our care team and clinicians ask rather than guess. The gummies are one of our most popular products, and many patients are very happy with them. They won’t be right for everyone, and that is a personal preference, which is why they’re not the only option we offer. The request described in this review also doesn’t match what our clinician received. We won’t discuss your medical details in public, but we stand fully behind the care our team provided.

I have been locked out of my account now for weeks. I have reached out for more medicine and the doctor said it was being sent, I followed numerous times and then my account was gone. Super bad service on their end. Maybe they didn’t want to admit their wrong doing? I screen shot the message.Go somewhere where they care about their customers.

Every prescription we provide requires a completed visit with a licensed clinician, and the visit must be paid before any medication is sent. We apply that policy to every patient without exception, because it's how we make sure treatment stays safe and appropriate. We're sorry this wasn't the right fit, and we wish you well in finding care that works for you.

Ive used them about 3 times and nothing is noticeably different. I dont hold that against kick as they probably work very well for some people but as for me. Its a no.

I've never been more calm going into an interview. I was able to think clearly and even made a few jokes! It was so much easier to concentrate when I wasn't worried about my voice quivering, sweating through my shirt, or my hands getting sweaty! ICCKK. I wish I knew about Kick sooner!
