Hi Kathleen, We’re sorry that we weren’t able to find a treatment option that worked well for you. We offer nine potential treatment options for insomnia. However, each medication must be evaluated by our physicians to ensure it is appropriate for the individual patient. Depending on a patient’s medical history and circumstances, this can limit the treatment options available. We understand how disappointing it can be when the initial treatment doesn’t work as hoped. Hi MS, We're sorry you're unhappy, but this review leaves out important context. Every prescription we provide requires a completed visit with a licensed clinician, and the visit must be paid before any medication is sent. We apply that policy to every patient without exception, because it's how we make sure treatment stays safe and appropriate. We're sorry this wasn't the right fit, and we wish you well in finding care that works for you.

Hi Greg, There are a few points we would like to clarify regarding your review. You were subscribed to our Sleep Program, which provides access to your prescribed medication and physician visits throughout the subscription period. These services were available to you should you have chosen to use them at any point during your subscription, and we also send reminders ahead of subscription renewals. All of our treatments require a prescription, and we cannot continue sending prescription medication indefinitely without a follow-up visit with a physician to confirm that the treatment remains appropriate and safe. As you did not complete any of these steps, no additional refill medication adjustments could be completed.

While drowsiness or difficulty concentrating can occur as rare side effects, a reaction this strong and long-lasting is not typical of what patients report. Effects can vary from person to person, including individual sensitivities, so we'd like our clinical team to review your situation directly, including confirming that the dose matched what was prescribed for you, and advise on next steps. The dose may simply have been too high. Please message your care team through your account, and mention this review so we can prioritize it. On the refund: as with any prescription treatment, individual responses can vary, and consistent with standard medical practice we're unable to refund prescribed medication.

According to our records, you were never charged the amount stated, and your prescription was successfully sent to your preferred pharmacy after being reviewed by one of our physicians. We do not believe that the $140 charge or the services attached to it are related to Kick Health.
