I like that I can reorder fairly easily, but I dislike that the account information is not accessible - for example, I can't update my phone number anywhere. I also can't seem to request going back to ordering regular tablets vs. the citrus pastilles.

I received two different medications to help me sleep, but neither one was able to help. I even tried both at the same time one night and I was still up all night staring at the wall. They have more medications to try, but I wasn't willing to keep trying because I started using something else (ketamine from online physicians).

Too much money for a doctor’s fee when I already have been pre approved in the past. Should be discounted after getting doctor’s approval once in my opinion.

It was nothing with you guys. I didn’t try it when I needed it. I tested before and I am glad because it made me so nauseous and numbed my tongue. I may try to swallow it whole with a meal if I try again. But I had side effects.

Though I appreciate the ability to try different medications, there is no real analysis of the results of the sleep med trials and no advice to help hone in on what is happening within the results. You’re just kind of thrown to wolves to figure it out. Even with my Apple Watch sleep app info no real followupbor recommendations of might work better. For example my app tells me I have trouble with sleep onset and fragmented sleep during the night with multiple long awake times. Yet I received no advice on which meds might work well for that. In addition, you are unable to prescribe a higher dose when needed or to stack medication’s that work well together to achieve a proper sleep. It makes me wonder. Does your team have a doctor that is actually a sleep specialist???? So in the end, you’re very limited in what you can do I would say it is an incomplete program and service.

Our medical team includes physicians with experience in sleep medicine and actively review patient-reported outcomes, including sleep patterns like onset difficulty and fragmented sleep, and we do adjust medications and dosages within established prescribing guidelines when clinically appropriate.
