Sign up was simple and communication excellent. Unfortunately I didn't understand that ordering the gummies along with the pills would require mail order instead of pharmacy delivery, which delayed receipt of the meds for a week. Had I understood that I would only have ordered the tablets. That said, after contacting the company, within hours a small order was called into my pharmacy and the meds were available the next day to cover my needs until the mail order was received. As far as effectiveness: 100%. I suffer from hands trembling when anxious and this medication has completely calmed that problem. Excellent service all around.
