The prescription was never called into the first pharmacy and Kick refused to call it into a new one, so I needed to pay for a whole new prescription just to get the medication. Essentially, I got scammed once and hopefully this time, it actually goes through.

Im very concerned about this place, I would say my experience if that of false advertising. They dont listen to you and recommend things that are questionable at best. I should have known when I saw they prescribe Hydroxyzine for insomnia openly. Hydroxyzine is an old anti-histamine sometimes used for anxiety and insomnia but its an anti-cholgernic so it will cause brain fog, day time sleepiness, and just a loss of sense. I was told from multiple doctor that they were suprised I was prescribed hydroxyzine at all and they’re reccomendation was to throw them away as they cause more harm than good. I came here for propranolol, I have had multiple conversations about this drug with multiple doctors across multiple different employers and was actually on it for 3-4 months until I lost insurance. Not only was it recommended, anticholngernics were specifically stated to stay away from due to its side effects. Before the doctor can even look at my file, some person who I have no idea what they do message me saying they dont prescribe propranolol (a beta blocker) for anxiety, but do prescribe another beta blocker mixed with a anticholigernic. Also that I wouldnt be able to pick this up as I requested and it would always have to get mailed for me. And also the medication was “flavored”, seems very odd and aiming too much towards children. Once I told them I was not interested in any anticholigernic they ghosted me. They wont respond, I cant delete my account or information. I seems like they want to take advantage of patients and changes drugs, even when they never actually speak to you.

It is non-habit-forming and considered non-addictive, making it a safer short-term option for insomnia. Hydroxyzine is prescribed off-label for short-term use, up to 3–4 months, which aligns with the maximum duration we recommend and is clearly outlined in our treatment guide. Not all healthcare providers are equally specialized in sleep medicine. Our doctors follow strict telemedicine guidelines to ensure patient safety, and our goal is to recommend medications that are safe and best suited to each patient’s needs. Recommendations are based on the information provided during the intake process; we never force patients to take any medication. In this case, you declined to continue treatment, and ended the conversation. Regarding billing, no charges were applied, as our advice was offered based on your intake.
