Total game changer for me!

To be honest, I was a little hesitant if this would actually work. I took it right before a meeting where usually I’ll get that fight or flight feeling when speaking in front of people and this actually calmed me down to where I was able to have a clear train of thought and was able to get my point across. I would 100% recommend this to anyone that has the same symptoms. It helps those anxious moments be more calm, cool and collected.
