I have been sleeping great. This service is top notch. The staff seems to genuinely care about your health and how they can formulate a treatment plan that works for you. I use their pharmacy plan and have my meds shipped directly to my home. They are fast and efficient and keep you informed through the whole process.
Definitely recommend this service.

Trying to push meds through their own mail-order pharmacy
So I signed up based on the Instagram ads, and it was a mess. First, I went through the intake on day #1, and on day #3, I got a message from a "doctor" says the following "XYZ is only available through our mail-order pharmacy. Do you want it? It will have to be from our mail-order pharmacy. Your local pharmacy does not have it." Keep in mind, I did not know what XYZ medication is, and I did not ask for it in my intake form. It sounds like the "doctor" is pushing XYZ because he/she thinks that's the best medication for me? Anyways, I called my local pharmacy and verified XYZ is available. So I messaged back to the doctor asking for XYZ prescription to be sent there. Then after 3 days, no response. Every day, I sent a short message asking for an update, but no response. After waiting for 4 days with no response, I used the "schedule a 15min free consultation" meeting option. I joined the meeting on time, and waited in the meeting for 5 min, but no one joined. Then someone called my phone, and said she was from Kick. I asked her about the medication XYZ being available in my local pharmacy, why do I have to use their mail-order pharmacy. She said Kick requires that. While I was asking followup questions, she hang me up. It seems to me they are trying to push certain medications through their designated mail-order pharmacy. I am sure the cost would be super high because my Rx insurance does not cover Kick's mail-order pharmacy dispenses.

Runned by kids at best
Kick is very unprofessional and their customer service is absurd. It’s like it’s run by kids. They ignore you and don’t seem to care at all. They didn’t explain my options when it didn’t work or if I wanted something different they gave vague responses like I’m annoying them. Like I said, kids, who will ignore you for weeks. I opened up to kick just to be mistreated with no guidance or responses. From the doctor to, who I never hard from after spending hundreds on them. Thanks so much

Nothing worked and was prescribed…
Nothing worked and was prescribed gabapentin that causes dementia!
Response from Kick HealthApr 30, 2026
We're sorry your experience didn't go the way you'd hoped. Not finding relief from sleep issues is genuinely frustrating, and we take that seriously.
Sleep treatment also typically requires more than a one or two trials to find the right fit. What works varies significantly between individuals, and giving up as early as you did often means missing the options that would have worked.
However, you've named the wrong medication. We can't discuss specifics in a public forum, but the drug you've described in this review is not what was prescribed in your case. We'd urge you to check your prescription bottle or pharmacy records before publishing public claims about your treatment and its risks. The medication you actually received has no established association with dementia.
Gabapentin also has not been shown to cause dementia. Some observational studies have explored a possible association, but no causal link has been established, and dementia is not listed in the FDA prescribing information. It's a widely used, well-studied medication with a known risk-benefit profile.
We'd welcome the chance to revisit your case. Please connect with us securely in your account at gokick.com/me
