Do NOT "upgrade" to their troches, stick with the traditional pills!! I thought oh "Tropical fruit medley" sounds delightful, it is NOT. Its the most disgusting taste to ever hit my mouth. I can't even tell if the medicine is working because the taste spikes my heart rate up while im dry heaving over a trash can. 2 stars for quick and responsive customer service, but their response was basically, just swallow the troches and no returns or replacements.

I used this by first time for a very important work presentation and didn't work on me. I took a pill 3 hours and half before the presentation and a second one 10 minutes before and I never felt any difference from when I don't have any medication. To think that I bought a second order to have extras.

Definitely helped to calm the adrenaline and nerves. I have the dissolvable ones and don’t care for the numbing sensation. Wish I went with the pills instead but otherwise, they definitely worked. Was able to get through a presentation without all of the nerves and panic. Would highly recommend.
