This may get a little off the main topics but here we go. In the actual moment I'm having a delay that is my fault more or less. It is something I addressed when I initially started treatment last year. Then I took a break, weaned off medication for sleep and have since decided that I was better when on my last round of medication. I had stopped service, finished refills etc. Upon wanting to start again, the process was very easy. The same Doctor is mine again. The same medication. I came to this because over the last several days I have had some delay in getting my problem on my end handled and communicated with my pharmacy. But I noticed when I thought I messaged my doctor direct can and have, I made a mistake and messaged support overall. I am trying period to fix what is happening with me. Now I'm really going go lay it out. I came and read all of these terrible reviews and they have me really wondering? Not about Kick but the patients with all these problems lashing back. First- I think the site is very specific in noting that personal pharmacy is our cost and the +30 is for home delivery. I have not done home delivery but I understand it to be like that. How I read about someone saying the medication they were prescribed interacted with seizure meds and they weren't informed. I believe they never revealed that med imo. I can say that this delay of mine is because of another RX I have available for other reasons but isn't supposed to be used at the same time etc. I'm 2 weeks on a refill of that other stuff and am not taking it as I want the return to what the doctor approved here in Kick. I need approval for the pharmacy to feel okay about this situation. I get it. I went thru this in the beginning and should have communicated a little better but now I have to. I feel the Doctor will resolve this soon. On that note, you have a clear example of the pharmacy and THE Kick Physician needing to assess patient safety. My Doctor has gone above in that with other sleep options, there are things on the list that I would not be a candidate for and it has been said to me. I feel a pretty thorough look into my safety is indeed happening. And TBH these platforms can only work with what they learn from us. We have to cross the T's and dot the I's and if we don't we can't get angry at them. A few months ago a higher up had reached out to me because I had some random issues and they wanted to speak to me about them.We did. And the issues were not that deep and all of my needs were met. So I didn't intend on posting all of this today but I can't watch a company get faulted when it's users it seems aren't reading the fine print or divulging the info that could make or break a new relationship here. And again. The additional $30 is clearly noted for home delivery. I actually have a suggested sleep RX that I haven't tried because it's costly with my insurance at the pharmacy I use regularly but I could get it easily for the additional $30 optioned thru Kick.. I do think we all can slip thru the cracks and get delays etc. I have found in the past that Kick is attentive and I have been handled swiftly. My current problem could have maybe been avoided if I said more in the sleep update form but I did not anticipate the problem that is now holding up my refill. But it is my problem. I also read someone is using multiple accounts? That speaks of itself . I'm not saying needs for online safety etc. aren't possible, but 4 accounts is a game that the company should not have to play. That is my in the moment honest review of Kick Health and their Sleep program. I have used their anxiety/ beta blockers way back and had a solid experience there as well. Please take this info into consideration if trying to use Kick for your sleep/health needs.I am just a consumer. Thanks to Kick for allowing a lot of us to be successfully treated for our anxiety and sleep problems . I wish everyone positive support and results. Jeff Kaiser

Took the propranolol an hour before my big presentation and I honestly never felt more relief. It doesn’t suppress the thoughts but the physical effects are what always got me and I’m glad it reduced it. It was my best presentation so far!

I’ve been using Kick’s beta blockers and honestly, they’ve made a huge difference. I stayed calm, cool, and collected when it mattered. Finally got the number of the girl I’ve been into and even hosted a party without feeling anxious. Felt like myself, just more in control. Can’t recommend them enough if you want to show up confident when it counts.

The ease of getting the initial prescription and refills is what I like most about Kick. I have been getting my propranolol through Kick since 2022. Their customer service is great. There was a time in 2023 when I didn't receive my medication due to USPS postal man error, who must have delivered my prescription to the wrong mailbox( I guessed this because I received other people's packages in my mailbox around the same time which I had to personally deliver to their house). I reported my missing med to kick and Justin replied. A replacement was sent to me via FedEx within few days without additional charge. That was a great customer service there. Propranolol has been very helpful. I'm a registered nurse and work emergency room. I love my job and I like working in the ER. But sometimes I get very nervous due to certain stressful situations and my hands will begin to shake. When it happens, I find it difficult to steady my hands to start IV lines or draw blood, especially if someone is looking at my hands. It was very embarrassing. But with propranolol, even when I feel nervous or anxious, it only stays in my mind. I am able to do everything without my hands shaking (mild tremors) or my heart beating excessively fast. I only take it on my work days, immidiately I get to work. Just 1 tablet (10mg) takes me through the 12-hour shift. I'm grateful to Kick for making it easy for me to get propranolol.

Don’t hesitate- get some now. I have tried everything CBT, meditation, Xanax, alcohol, coaching, confidence training, all the public speaking skills and I could never get past my nervous system hijack. I used kick once and FINALLY felt calm, collected, and myself. I could actually think clearly and focus on what I wanted to say- not sticking to a script to just rush through with my nervous system on high. It was awesome. I felt unlocked, like I could be myself the confident, charismatic, cool person I know I am but couldn’t show before. This is it, now it’s game on. Oh I used the spearmint quick dissolve tabs. They were a bit burning under my tongue, but a discomfort I’m willing to have for the calm.

Unresponsive customer service. Will bill you for sleep subscription without actually sending you medication. Multiple messages and emails sent with no response.

My profession requires me to present many professional development trainings and beta blockers have completely changed eliminated my nervousness, shaky voice, sweaty palms, and rapid heart rate during these trainings. I have gained confidence and my presentations are enjoyable again. Kick’s process is quick and easy, and medications are delivered quickly. I would recommend to anyone that experiences what I have described during stressful situations.
