Ahh it’s okay
Not really happy I purchased one bike they sent a different bike in a different color. But the bike itself is a nice bike, they did refund me the difference in price between the two bikes. Just was little upset about the different bikes

Hello Eric, as you know, your bike was out of stock. we contacted you to inform you of the option to change to a different bike and color. The bike is actually the same bike, from the same factory. We hope are enjoying the bike.

Except that you will not have a clue…
Except that you will not have a clue where your order is once you click purchase. People at office are very good. The shipper and tracking near impossible to locate till they want you. Try arranging something ahead of time. Produce looks great. I was able too get hardware local that never made it. Did have too connect things I feel should have been done pre shipment but overall a solid 9.

We understand it is exciting waiting for your new toy to arrive. After you order a Vehicle, the next step is to receive a phone call from the Freight Carrier to schedule a Delivery Appointment. This may take anywhere from 2 to 7 days. Trying to call the freight company to make arrangements in advance can be difficult, they usually want to charge a fee for that, and the request must come from us.

Would have been 5 but your prices on chain and sprockets was a little rapey
