Contacted the text support phone number to see when a motor would get to where I live, the response was quick and easy and I bought the motor on the spot! No one else has them in stock so it worked out great, can’t wait to put it in my 3 wheeler and start rippin! Thanks again GoKarts USA you guys rock!

The kids got super excited when I showed them the dirt bikes and karts these guys had to offer. We had someone else in the family use them in the past and can't wait to take it out for a spin more often!

Customer service was quick to help with any questions I had about the scooter I was interested in getting and they were very friendly too!

I ordered a Taco Frijole mini bike in early December, I was afraid based on previous reviews that I may not receive my item in time for Christmas, I called customer service & was told I would get a call back with ETA on shipping & tracking info. Within an hour I received a call from Ruly, who promised the bike would arrive prior to Christmas & provided the tracking info. When we received the item, several parts were on back order & again Ruly promised they would be shipped free of charge as soon as they were in stock. Sure enough, within a week they were shipped & Rulu provided tracking info. When I had technical questions about parts Ruly got the info I needed & followed up with me. I don’t know what GoKarts USA was like in the past, but they’ve completely turned things around & I wouldn’t hesitate to order form them again and recommend them to others. Thanks again Ruly!

I placed my order, Gokarts usa communicated with me throughout the process. They answered all of my questions, and kept me updated on the order. Ordering was easy (just pay attention to slight differences in products) but due to COVID shipping was slower than normal. And of course we were impatient due to excitement. But the Go Kart is awesome! We ordered ours partially assembled so the little assembly that was left for us was easy and manageable. My wife actually put it together and left the initial fluid changes and start up to me. Our son absolutely LOVES it and so do we!

Great prices, bike came as described. Will definitely order from here again!
