GoKarts USA®Reviews of gokartsusa.com

All of the replacement parts I've purchased from here were good. Sturdy and high quality. I'd like to highly recommend this online store for anyone looking for any replacement parts. The items are as good as (if not better than) the items that come with the kart itself

There is a wide variety of gokarts to choose from. I never actually thought that you could buy gokarts online, but this online stores makes it so easy! I seriously think that the purchasing experience is even better than buying in retail shops. Good website and nice selection

The purchasing experience is smooth overall. No hiccups encountered at all. I'd like to commend this specific shop as it has been one of the better online shops I've bought from.

The customer service is very friendly indeed. I was thinking of buying my first gokart, but I had no idea what would be a good option for a complete newbie. Even though I didn't know anything, the customer service was very respectful and helpful. They gave me a few options and told me the benefits of each. Thank you

I was very pleased at the easy and simple order process it was quick and simple to use! My customer service agent was very helpful in explaining any questions I had. Great experience and I would reccomend this company to anyone! Thank you! Sincerely, Scott

I was able to find a bike I've been trying to hunt for a while for a great price. The other sites I've looked at have extortionate prices but I'm glad I came across a reasonably priced site.

Great product. Easy assembly. Mine had been tipped or something in shipping and filled the engine with oil and locked up on first starts. I managed to clear out most of the oil but it ran pretty bad and smoked a lot even after the oil cleared. I contacted support and without hesitation they shipped a new engine. I installed the engine (not easy, but not too bad). Kart runs perfect and more power than my boy needs for now. I would recommend this product and supplier to anyone! Thank you team. My boy is in love with it and should be for some time. Cheers.

I lost a couple of parts for a buggy I've had for a while but luckily I was able to find replacement parts from these guys. Most of them are available which has definitely been a lifesaver!
